t is a big warehouse of the XIX° century with a truss wooden beam ceiling, situated in front of the sea, inside which, leaving a central space free, two storeys have been built on both sides. It can host up to 18 people. There are 6 bedrooms, all independent, one of which with 5 beds and the others with two or three beds, four bathrooms with shower plus one extra shower, kichen, three sitting-rooms. There is also an outside courtyard of 70 sq.m. with two big dining tables with 18 chairs, barbecue, beach chairs and umbrella. It is situated in a wonderful position, in front of the little port of the village, with restaurants and cafes nearby. You just have to cross the street and, in front, there is the promenade on the sea with the fascinating view of the old Marzamemi city center.
