The Apartment consists of:

Bedroom 1: Two single beds with juliet balcony.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds positioned as a double, leading to large sun terrace with sun loungers. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and air-conditioning

Bathrooms:

The family bathroom with bath/shower, vanity sink and WC. First floor bathroom has large shower, large vanity sink and WC

Kitchen:

The well equipped Kitchen has a complete set of crockery, hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, juicer and kettle

Utility Room:

Utility cupboard housing an iron and ironing board, mop and bucket, vacuum cleaner

Living Rooms:

The lovely open plan living space has a large, flat screen TV with freeview channels/SKY which leads to a large sun terrace with furniture, ideal for relaxing or eating al fresco as you watch the world go by!

Other:

The apartment is strictly non smoking and no pets are allowed

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:

Bed linen and towels changed once a week. Maid cleaning is also once a week. Extra maid service/cleaning is available at an extra charge. Beach towels are not provided.

Amenities/Facilities:

Parking, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob/stove, iron, microwave, oven, washing machine. air conditioning, central heating, satellite, telephone, TV and free Wi-Fi.

Accessibility:

About Emma Burgess

I have owned my apartment in Vale de lobo since 2013. I bought it after spending many years holidaying here, my first holiday to Vale de Lobo was 22 years ago! So I have seen it grow and change.

I have two sons; one a very keen tennis player, and the other very much into his golf, so a perfect location for them. It is a fantastic resort with some stunning views and I hope you enjoy everything Vale de Lobo has to offer.

Great comfortable apartment

Great apartment with everything we needed. Nice terrace pleasantly furnished would definitely recommend. Centrally located in resort and walking distance to beach and shops. A car does help but not essential with lots of Ubers around.

Beautiful apartment in quiet location

A lovely spacious, clean and well equipped apartment for our stay in Vale do Lobo. During the winter the upper terrace has the sun from early afternoon and even in December the temperature reached 16c. We know the area and have visited before but It was quieter than last year with fewer restaurants and bars open in the surrounding area but a couple of favourites, Breeze on the sea front and Izzy's also on the beach but a slightly longer walk, both serve great food. My hubby took advantage of the golf for which Emma was helpful in arranging, her membership provides a discount and a free buggy in the winter, so good value for money. The only one thing the apt lacked was a coffee machine, but then we are coffee snobs!!

Spacious, beautifully decorated apartment in a quiet area of the resort.

The property was as lovely as described by other reviews. Photos don't show it at its best. Very clean with all amenities. Great location and walking distance to beach. This resort is very nice but unfortunately The Praca was undergoing serious renovation in March 2017
