150 meters to the sea. Close to beaches, restaurants, hotels… perfectly situated and communicated. Peaceful residential area with gardens, pools and private areas.

Arriving to the beach going for a two minute´s walk.

All the beaches around have the European blue flat.

Apartment reformed in 2009. Air conditioned in salon and main room.

Fuengirola is the only municipality in Spain with 100% of the beaches awarded with Blue Flags , and those next to the apartment are the best ones

Excellent apartment

The apartment is quiet, clean, comfortable and roomy. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The train station and bus stops are also very close. Recommended

"This is a very centrally placed apartment , few mins from the railway station and few minutes from the beach. Local supermarkets and resturants only a few minutes walk away also, no car is necessary. It is a lovely clean apartment just as described with lots of space for us and our three teenagers. The 2 pools were clean and a pleasure to use. There was no noise at all and a lovely view of the sea from the terrace. Good access,with a lift,as the apartment is on the sixth floor. We had a lovely holiday and Arturo the owner was very helpful when the dvd player broke,he replaced it within a couple of hours. Really nice man, very helpful. We would love to return and hope to someday. This apartment is true value for money. Many Thanks Arturo for a lovely holiday. We will recommend it to all our friends."

Super mooi appartement op 6e verdieping heel compleet goed beveiligd mooi uitzicht.voorkant zee achterkant Bergen. Goede locatie 3minuten van boulevard .Onder appartement zit een Hollandse supermarkt. Grote keuken compleet grote gezellige woonkamer met soort serre balkon. 3grote slaapkamers 2 toiletten. In de afgesloten tuin 2zwembaden en goed onderhouden tuin. Ruime parkeerplaats.en zeer vriendelijke eigenaar Top

Accueil du propriétaire est très chaleureux et disponible

Appartement spacieux et très propre. Très bien équipé

Situation idéale avec en bonus une place de parking pour la voiture

Un bémol: Manque d'une liaison Internet, obligation de sortir dans un café pour se connecter

Propriétaire conscient avec promesse d'installer Internet

J'y retournerais bien évidement et je le conseille aux personnes tentées par un séjour à Fuengiola

Ideal for small family

Very quiet and pleasant apartment, nice price regarding the volumes. Swimming pool is clean, the seashore just 5 min by foot! So ideal for small families, even with children (we came with 2 - 7y. + 4y.). We really enjoyed the week, as we chose Fuengirola for sun and good times with our children. Very cordial welcome.

Residential zone of familiar and relax ambient, perfectly situated to arrive to Malaga, Puerto Banus, Marbella, Torremolinos, Benalmadena in 25 minutes maximum.
