Apartment for 4 people with two bedrooms. Both with a double bed and outside windows. Living room with international TV and Hifi stereo.

Equipped kitchen: 4 burners, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and washing machine .Bathroom with bath and shower. WIFI.

Air conditioning / heating. Terrace with clear views. Private garage.

Surrounded by beautiful pine groves and Mediterranean gardens and located in a natural environment.

Pool shared with few neighbours. Never more than 10 people!

In the area small shopping centre, restaurants, bars, supermarket, bank, bus service and taxi services. Car hire would be recommended, but not essential.

The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According to this law the property is available for seasonal renting, however, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

One of the main reasons because we chose this apartment was its proximity to the city (Palma) and the beautiful beaches of South Island (El Arenal, Cala Blava, Cala Pi, S'Estanyol, Es Trenc. ..)

Maioris is a nice area with a lot of services that make your stay easier and pool is so quiet!

Victoria très accueillante parle le français ,un logement propre,bien équipé balcon agréable pour les pts déjeuner et diner,bonne literie Résidence au calme avec piscine en sept et commerces à proximité Résidence à conseiller à d'autres vacanciés On reviendra avec plaisir!!!!

Wirklich nette Gastgeber und eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Zur Wohnung gehört ein schöner Pool und ein Parkplatz. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend.

Lovely Apartment

Victoria is a fantastic host, always ready to help gave lots of information including tourist spots, restaurants and beaches. Was really easy to communicate with her

The apartment is in Maioris which is like 10min drive from El Arenal (Ballermann) was very clean, all the stuff that are listed in the Facilities sections are actually there, best part of the apartment was the AC, every room was fitted with one AC which helped us survive our stay a lot,

The apartment comes with an outside pool which was pretty clean, normal sized

Fantastic base for Palma

Victoria fantastic host , great clean apartment , air conditioning lovely , pool quiet which we loved , nice small centre close by offering a good choice of restaurants. A great location, especially if you have a car, easy to get to Llucmajor, which has some great restaurants, Palma, El Arenal and Santa Ponsa also within easy reach. Look forward to returning soon.

Try the local wine which you can buy at Bodegas Bordoy after trying for free , and the kids loved jungle park at Santa ponsa ( better than the water park)

Aufenthalt eine Woche Ende Februar 2016

Die Anlage, in der das Appartementhaus "Europa" in Maioris Décima liegt, ist sehr gepflegt. Die charakteristischen mediterranen Bäume wie verschiedenen Palmarten, Orangen- sowie Zitronenbäume bilden ein wunderbares Ambiente. Das Appartement Nr. 2 im 2. Stock, Treppe B, hat einen schönen Balkon mit Blick über einen Pinienhain und auf das zur Anlage gehörende Schwimmbad. Die Wohnung selbst fanden wir sehr sauber vor. Die üblichen Küchengeräte wie Kaffeemaschine, Eierkocher und Schnellkocher sind voll funktionsfähig ebenso wie Herd und Mikrowelle. Verschiedene Kochtöpfe sollten über kurz oder lang ersetzt werden. Es fehlen scharfe Küchenmesser, Schneebesen, etc. Insgesamt aber ist die Wohnung funktional eingerichtet .Sie verfügt über einen großen Fernseher mit Satellitenanlage mit der man deutsche Programme empfangen kann. WLAN ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Ich würde die Wohnung wieder mieten, wobei der gesamte Appartement-Komplex sehr hellhörig ist und es könnte im Sommer bei Vollbelegung laut werden.

From 700 meters there is easy access to the sea, overlooks to 'Bahia de Palma'. You can go to diving.

Sand beaches; Cala Blava from 4km., S’Arenal from 5km. and Cala Pi from 8km.

Fruit and vegetable market every Wednesday.

Small shopping center with supermarket, restaurants, bank...

20 meters there is a fitness center with tennis and paddle.

Hiking across 'camino de Sa Torre' where you can visit Bodegas Bordoy and how they makes Sa Rota wine.

In front of the Residential Maioris is the golf course with the same name and just 10 minutes driving is the golf course SON ANTEM.

Driving is 12 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the Palma city.
