Renovated in 2007, and used solely as a holiday home for the current owners - 2 Bedrooms ( Bed1, Kingsize, Bed 2, Twin Bed) 2 Bathrooms with Jacuzzi Bath, gas central heating, washer/drier, gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 2 leather sofa's, 2 tub chairs, dining table 4 chairs, 52 Inch HD TV in lounge, with SKY access plus DVD, TV DVD in Both Bedrooms, car parking for 1 car. Understair storage for beach equipment. Fully stocked kitchen, Senseo coffee maker, ironing board, hair dryer free wifi. Tastefully decorated with art work from areas surrounding St.Ives.

About Adele Husband

About me – I am married to Chris and have two lovely grown up daughters. We have owned this apartment since 2007 and have spent many happy holidays here with the girls. We love the beauty and character of this small fishing village which is now a vibrant hub for artists. As a young child I holidayed here and with my parents. Our daughters have all but grown up and as we live some distance from here we decided to let out the apartment to other families to make memories and enjoy.

A beautiful luxury apartment on the Cornish Riviera, imagine sitting with a glass of wine looking through the lounge window at St Ives bay! All the home comforts you expect with world class beaches a short walk away, Porthminster Beach for relaxed bathing with the kids, or there is Porthmoer Beach if you surf. Top class restaurants, minutes’ walk from your location, or you can travel further afield and explore the many culinary delights in the surrounding areas, as well as the stunning scenery Cornwall has to offer. I home from home with some of best views, beaches and experiences anywhere all the ingredients for a holiday to remember!

What makes this apartment unique

The original building the apartment is located in was constructed at the turn of the 19th Century, the development and conversion into individual apartments has been done very sympathetically with regard to the original features being retained. A marble fire place, high ceilings with beautifully re produced ornate cornice. A magnificent feature bay window in the lounge with a spectacular view of St Ives Bay. The bathrooms are tastefully fitted out with natural Turkish stone tiles. There are quality fittings including a sizable shower plus jacuzzi bath in the main bathroom. When you go on holiday, you need to feel the place you stay in is special, different to home, the view as you sit in the bay window gives you that feeling, as soon as you see it you know your are on holiday!

Beautiful apartment

We had a wonderful week in St Ives and 12 Lyonesse Apartments was absolutely perfect for us. The location was ideal, with the big bonus of a parking space. The apartment was beautifully furnished with every need catered for. The owners were very responsive and helpful during our stay. We will definitely return the next time we visit St Ives.

Stunning sea views

The apartment is lovely, spotlessly clean, very comfortable just like home from home. The view from the bay window is stunning! The kitchen is very well equipped, everything you need if you are self catering. Very comfortable bed with ensuite plus another superb bathroom. Very easy walk down into St Ives but a bit hilly getting back, but that did not spoil our view of the apartment. Highly recommend this spacious and very tastfully decorated apartment.

Great location

Good location just out of the town centre so avoiding the crowds/car parking issues whilst benefiting from the views straight over the bay in more than one direction.

Well appointed accommodation, warm and soundproof against the seagulls!
