2 Point View is a two bedroom luxury apartment located within a secure development and just a 5 minute walk away from the famous surfing beach that is Croyde Bay. This apartment has been awarded a '4 Star Gold' award for three consecutive years by 'Visit England' for its luxurious status as a self catering holiday property.

Available to let all year round, for long or short breaks, this apartment is equipped to a high standard and has an extensive south facing terrace for ‘al fresco’ dining including plus a 6-7 person hot tub exclusive to this apartment only. It is the perfect apartment to relax in after a long day at the beach!

Both our apartments available for let within Point View are Award Wining Luxury apartments having been awarded '4 Star Gold' for the third year in a row.

The ground floor 2 bedroom apartment sleeps four and is equipped to a very high standard with it's own large private hot tub situated on the extensive south facing terrace for ‘al fresco’ dining complete with outdoor table and chairs.

The first floor, 3 bedroom apartment which sleeps 5 is again equipped to a high standard with beautiful views including a private lawned garden to the rear of the property complete with table and chairs on the decking to enjoy a glass of wine - a perfect place to watch the sunset!

These luxury apartments are located within a secure development with private car park and intercom entry system and all of this is just a 5 minute walk away from the famous surfing beach that is Croyde Bay. Available to let all year round, for long or short breaks, both apartments are equipped to a high standard and have extensive south facing views towards the coast and the beautiful Down-end Hills. They are the perfect apartments to relax in after a long day at the beach and just a short walk away from the centre of Croyde, which has a wonderful selection of pubs and cafes, all with extensive menus, not to mention the famous delicious local Ice Cream parlour. Additionally, there is a village store and post office along with surf shops to hire or buy anything you could possibly need to go and relax on the beach or hit the surf.

As a family we have been visiting Croyde for over 30 years, it became our second home and so nearly 4 years ago we invested in our 'home by the sea'. We are very proud of both our apartments within Point View, with their fantastic location and luxury specification we hope our guests enjoy them just as much as we do!

A very contemporary apartment with ample space for our family of 4 as well as entertain friends.

Great location, 5 min walk to beach down some steps and 10 mins walk into croyde shops etc. Good parking arrangement. Lovely outdoor area with Jacuzzi which was much enjoyed! Lots of activities for kids in the area.

The property was fantastic and had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Extremely well presented

The apartment was lovely and spacious with everything you would need. Furniture and fittings were high quality and the location was great with off street parking. The hot tub was a real bonus and a great way to unwind at the end of the day after exploring the wonderful north Devon coast. We will definitely look at coming back here again.

We were amazed at the property when we arrived. Fantastic location near to Croyde beach. Furnished to the highest standard. Could not find fault in any way and would highly recommend. Enjoyable stay at 2point view

We throughly enjoyed our stay at 2point view. It was very relaxing. The weather was kind to us and the apartment was both light and spacious and beautifully furnished. It was a truly Fantastic location for us ,with a short walk to the beach. The children loved spending time in the hot tub too! All in all a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the holidays.
