Air conditioned villa with its private garden, in a family residence with community green zone and swimming pool, close to the pretty fine sand creeks in Las Tres Calas.

This two-storey house is well maintained and functional with 3 bedrooms in total: a first one, double, as a suite with a bathroom (shower) on the ground floor and the two other ones, double too, with bathroom (bathtub) on the first floor and, on the upper floor, a private rooftop solarium terrace. The staircase to get to the first floor is protected with a guardrail, ideal for children.

Very comfortable, this property includes a dish-washer, the Internet connection, the air conditioning (one appliance on the ground floor and one in each bedroom of the first floor), DVD reader, sun beds, a big stone barbecue in the garden, etc... and offers the possibility to get the linen, as an optional service (sheets and shower towels - to be confirmed before your arrival).

There is no parking spot included although it is easy to park your car in the dead-end street in front of the residence.

Outside the living room and open-plan kitchen, you'll find a porch-like furnished terrace with table, chairs, rolling sunblind as well as the well kept garden of more or less 135sqm.

A barbecue and sun beds are available in the garden, prettily fitted out, with direct yet private and secure (gate with key) to the community area with the swimming pool.

The house and its private garden stand in one of the corners of the residence, providing you therefore with more intimacy.

This is a family residence which counts with 20 semi-detached villas, and has a vast green area with lawn, flowers, olive-trees, palm-trees as well as a pretty swimming pool and a community barbecue.

It stands in the quiet and family residential area of Las Tres Calas, surrounded by olive-tree fields, and allows quick access to the beautiful beaches and creeks, using a coastal road going over the national road.

From there, you have easy and quick access to a bar-restaurant with sports tracks and children playground about 800 metres from the residence and, at the entrance of the housing scheme, a little shopping centre with restaurant, bar, little supermarket...

For further shopping, you'll find all you need in the centre of Ametlla de Mar, about 4 kms. from there.

Tres bon sejour

Nous avons passé un agréable sejour la maison était tres propre dommage qu'on ai eu des soucis avec l'odeur des canalisations. Les prestations autour était tres bien aussi, la piscine propre et pas trop de monde! Le proprietaire nous a super bien accueilli avec boissons fraiches et boite de gâteaux pour les enfants!
