This delightful recently refurbished Victorian Cottage is situated in on the corner of St. Mary's Road and Victoria Road making it a great location for festival, holiday, sailing booking & with its flexible layout through Zip & link beds it is well suited for crews, corporate & large families. St Mary's Cottage is approximately a 4 minute walk from the Cowes Yacht Haven Marina and the High Street with a bus stop outside the front door. The property can accommodate up to 8 people and benefits from one family bathroom and a separate shower room. There is plenty of space for everyone with a separate lounge and dining room, the dining room leads to the kitchen which creates a great social area for all. The kitchen is fully equipped for making home cooked meals and choose where you eat as this property also benefits from a lovely courtyard garden. Beyond the garden there is parking for 2 Small cars in St Mary's road.

Spacious and well equipped

Family of 7 easily accommodated in this lovely house. Would have liked a wardrobe in third bedroom and a washing line would have been helpful, but didn't cause us problems and being only a short walk from the centre of Cowes was a bonus.

Modern house, convenient location..

Lovely modernised town house within very easy reach of Cowes centre and close to local amenities. Some road noise but to be expected and steep stairs may not be suitable for everyone. Well equipped with comfortable lounge, large bedrooms and plenty of hot water! We will definitely stay here again!

Great house in a fantastic location!

We chose this property because he looked so comfy and homely in the photos and we weren't disappointed. The lounge is lovely and bright with really comfy sofas, a widescreen TV and excellent WI-FI to keep the kids entertained.

The kitchen is well appointed, with lots of crockery and even champagne flutes!

The bedrooms are all an equal size so there was no arguing over who was having which one. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen nice and soft.

It is only a short walk into the centre of Cowes which we did most evenings for dinner. The house is on the corner of a popular road/route into town so there was some noise from passers by but the location far outweighs this. The parking space is ideal as most houses don't have one!
