Enjoying uninterrupted views of the Creek, the property sleeps six comfortably with two en-suite bedrooms, one double, one twin, and 2 sofa beds in the living room with an additional downstairs shower room / toilet.

Being fully furnished, you’ll find everything you need, including a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine / tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge and microwave oven.

In the living room there is a FreviewTV, DVD player and DTR.

The twin bedroom has a TV, Freeview box, DVD player and Video player.

There is decking to the front of the property with table and chairs.

The communal grass area offers an excellent space for children to play.

Allocated parking is to the front of the property.

Enjoying many holidays when our daughters were young we found the Isle of Wight to be an excellent destination for a family holiday.

Over the years our requirements for a holiday have changed and the island has always provided what was needed, starting with children’s entertainment such as Blackgang Chine and Robin Hill Adventure Park to nowadays visiting places such as Osborne House, enjoying coastal walks, and not forgetting the fantastic and varied pubs and restaurants.

Now our family have grown we still try and visit with friends when possible.

We find the many varied attractions the island has to offer, very relaxing and charges the batteries.

One of the best features of this property is the view, watching the boats passing in a quiet surrounding. On occasions, it is possible to hear just the birds and the sound of the creek.

Really well located & very clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & had a fab holiday due to the location of the property being close to lots of different attractions & things to do. The house is very clean & extremely well equipped. Comfortable & light & airy. We also loved the green out the front which proved a popular after dinner play area for the whole family, created many precious moments with our little ones. Was also special seeing swans with their 8 babies over the hedge in the creek!

Would recommend & would definitely stay again.

Very nicely appointed property.

We stayed for 3 nights at very short notice. The house is clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The double bed was particularly comfy, but a bit squeaky which had us giggling. The showers were good and powerful. The owner was very friendly. There are some nice walks to be had nearby, especially the walk down to Woodside Beach. Being islanders waiting to move back into our own home we occasionally walk our dog in this area anyway so were familiar with our surroundings. All in all, this property is good value. I would have given it 5 stars had it had gas, as I hate cooking with electricity. This in no way should deter you from booking a break here though. Thank you!

The property is very near to the ferry landing which made it great for us as we came late at night.

This property felt like home away from home, it is extremely well equipped, even with smaller children. The kids loved running around outside and we found(a little to late in our stay, sadly) a lovely place to walk. It is easy accessible, and had an allocated parking spot. We really had a lovely long weekend.
