Villa fully equipped with garden and private pool, gazebo and barbecue near the beach of Cala Estancia, belonging to Can Pastilla, next to the sandy area of Palma de Mallorca.

This beautiful 5 bedroom villa is located in the exclusive area of 'Can Pastilla' Cala Estancia, 500 meters from the beach, and few steps from restaurants and shops.

Spread over three floors, the ground floor consists of a cozy living / dining room with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with compartment and a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the first level comprising of a double bedroom with full bathroom en suite with bathtub and 2 double bedrooms that share another bathroom.

On the third floor there is another bedroom with 2 single beds, where it is also possible to fit 2 extra beds.

Outside you can enjoy our barbecue and pool, as well as a ping pong and darts game.

To liven up your stay, they have Satellite TV (Astra) with hundreds of channels, DVD player and WiFi connection to enjoy with your laptop.

If you need a cot or highchair, please let us know in advance.

Good location near airport

Very close to the airport so some aircraft noise .... but villa was roomy and well appointed. Its 5 mins walk to the beach and we were able to hire bikes and use the dedicated cycle lanes during our stay so no need for a car. Jose the property manager was very helpful and responsive. Would happily stay again.
