This furnished upscale downtown apartment offers nearly everything a person could want in a short-term or long-term rental. The private apartment is situated above a small Monday-Friday 9-5 office with a separate entrance and separate parking from the apartment. The unit features a large master bedroom with a custom closet and wonderful natural light. The high-end furnishings maximize the space and provide all of the comforts of a home. The bathroom has a fully remodeled large glass and tile walk-in shower. In the living room, a 3-D TV is mounted across from an extremely comfortable sitting area. The stainless steel appliances and the beautiful custom cabinetry fulfill both function and style, leaving plenty of room for a dining area as well. There is a washer and dryer tastefully set into a wall closet. The architectural details and natural light that can be found throughout the unit make this downtown gem a must see. The place is very well-equipped, comfortable, clean, and in a convenient location. Great kitchen. The owners are very responsive. My only complaint is that you can't directly control the heat from the unit, but the owners are helpful in setting it according to our needs.

A delightful place to stay, very clean, everything worked, would recommend without any hesitancy or reservation, except there is only parking for one car. Was not an issue in my case

It was the nicest VBRO that we have stayed in. Very quaint and practical.

It was very modern for a completely remodeled apartment. We could have used an instruction sheet for the microwave/convection oven, but the owner was very helpful. We hope to return next year!

Great downtown location

Great apartment within easy walking to downtown restaurants, shopping, the Wave, fabulous Saturday Farmer's Markets. Nice modern kitchen and bath, and best mattress ever!

It's above the school district superintendents office. Noisey

Excellent location and very cute/romantic interior to the apt, however what this description never tells you is that your downstair neighbor is a school office and that kids and families are constantly coming and going, phones are ringing people are talking (through pretty thin walls) and you can hear all of it starting at about 9:00 am. So if you are say...in from out of town, on vacation and finally getting to sleep in, don't count on it. Feeling romantic with your significant other between the hours of 9:00 am and 5pm during your vacation? Be ready to not really feel that private. The ONLY reason I'm giving this rental 3 stars is because knowledge of a business downstairs and thin walls should have been in the description. it seemed conveniently left out. other than that it was actually a great place to stay. Every Uber I called was at my door in under 3 minutes any time of day or night.

Owner's Response: John, Thank you so much for your feedback. We have not ever had this concern come up before and wish we would have had the opportunity to have addressed it during your stay. I apologize for appearing as though it was being hidden but assure you that we have always been very eager to answer any questions or address any concerns about the apartment prior to of r during a Guest's stay. We don't ever hide that information from our guests. The Missoula County Superintendent of Public Schools is the office that certifies teacher licenses and works with the professional teachers in Missoula County for professional development, different from the district Superintendent that would deal with district administrative, discipline and curriculum issues with students, parents and administrators. Again, thank you so much for your feedback and we will address it immediately with our office tenants. Please know that I have put that information in the listing and will continue to be available to our guests during their stay to ensure that their stay is a positive experience. Libby
