First time in padre island

This was our first visit to the island and to this property with my teenage kids. The property was beautiful and the staff was really helpful. Access to the beach was wonderful .The condo was beautiful. It was just like the pictures . The views where absolutely amazing from both balconies. The only complaint I have is that there was hardly no hot water. Other than that I would defiantly be back.

Annual Guest - Best Way to Vacation

Hands-down, this property beats any other Texas beach vacation. We have two elementary-aged children and visit the beach every year. After finding this property, it's the only place we will book; we stayed here three years running. The condo itself is in immaculate condition and the recent renovations only add to the appeal. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and kitchen open to a wide balcony and picturesque view of the property, beach and ocean. The bedroom windows look out onto the island, Lagua Madre & causeway. The convenience of getting to and from the beach is aided by fresh water wash stations at each gate and the ability to wash sandy swimsuits and towels right away in the condo's washer & dryer makes it so much better. On your way in, stop at the HEB in Port Isabel for some supplies and save money feeding the family during the stay - our kids love eating on the balcony, usually breakfast & dinner with sandwiches served on the beach for lunch. I hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!

Beautiful condo and excellent view!

My family and I arrived in SPI a bit early, and the managment staff was very friendly, and great to allow early check in. The condo was BEAUTIFUL! It's newly remodeled, and was done in such a way, that makes you feel right at home. The beds are very comfy, and the rooms (and bathrooms) are a great size. The balconies are very spacious, so you can really enjoy the amazing view. The pool was great, and having access to the private beach was perfect. This will be our go to condo anytime we visit SPI.
