Typically Venetian.

Lovely place to get back to after a day in Venice. Great location. Kitchen OK for breakfast but we ate out in the evenings. Would stay again.

The best place I have stayed in Venice

Beautiful property in a great location. Away from main tourist sites, but these were still easy to get to. Just what my husband and I were looking for. Lots of amazing places to eat within easy walking distance. Small friendly places, which made us feel like one of the locals. And delicious food and wine. I would stay here again and will recommend it to all my friends and family.

Comfortable base for a weeks stay in a fab location

Clean, comfortable and adequate if you intend using as a base camp as we did. Kitchen and bathroom may be considered a tad smaller than they appear to be although we managed perfectly well. We were pleased with the canal view and enjoyed watching the gondolas float by whilst listening to the lovely church bells and the singers on the bridge. The location is fantastic; quiet, authentic and has some lovely restaurants and cafes. All in all a perfect week
