Patio with brick walled garden, facing south west, sunshine in the afternoon/evening. Historic Victorian house built in 1867. Located just off the seafront, pier, bandstand and minutes from the restaurants, theatres, shops. 2 minutes walk to LTA Tennis ground. Self-contained, separate entrance door with uncopiable security keys to come and go as you please. Quiet place with triple glazed windows. Clean, airy and secure with garden night lights and CCTV. Recently renovated with a light maritime theme and some antiques. Lounge: flat-screen TV, DVD, SKY channels. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Additional separate guest WC. Central heating makes the apartment cosy. Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, hand wash, cleaning supplies. Ideally Saturday to Saturday. Parking on street by residents parking permit. Unsuitable for children under 12 years. 11 steps to walk down the stairs to entrance door.

Excellent Apartment near Town Centre

The apartment was very well equipped, spacious, comfortable and in good order. Having the use of the garden was a plus. It was convenient to the town, theatres and seafront and we give it full recommendation. Very friendly and helpful owner.

This property matches the description - a luxurious space, more than ample for 2 to 3 people, with access to a very pleasant garden for 'al fresco' wining and dining if desired. Situated in a very nice area at the 'smart end' of Eastbourne, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, theatres and sea front. The owner was also very attentive, helpful and friendly - D & S C R, Peterborough.
