About the property

The apartment is ideally located 500 meters from the wide sandy beach and the delightful pedestrian promenade (paseo) of Torre Del Mar. Recently, a paved strip of sand has been laid out on the beach to make beautiful walks while enjoying a pleasant sea breeze. The apartment is located in a small-scale building of only 3 floors and near the center. A car is not necessary.

In the living room, dining room, kitchen you can enjoy in the beautiful bright Spanish sunlight. There is a flatscreen Hd smart TV with international channels, TV Vlaanderen, Wifi, radio, DVD player and Netflix. In the front there is a small terrace of 6m2.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave oven, a halogen hob, hood and a fridge with freezer. There is both a Senseo and a Nespresso coffee machine so you can enjoy your personal coffee. Furthermore, a juicer and toaster and kettle with teapot for a good breakfast. Some coffee pads, tea, olive oil and various herbs are always ready.

Three bedrooms, two with double bed (1.60x2m) (1.40x2m) with comfortable semi-hard mattresses. The bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet is adjacent to the main bedroom.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds (0.90m x 2m) with comfortable mattress and mattress topper. The shower room with toilet, washbasin, mirror cabinet and shower is located opposite the bedroom with the twin beds.

Air conditioning (hot + cold) in the entire house.

Through the spiral staircase in the living room you enter the (private) roof terrace where you can sunbathe comfortably in deck chairs. Moreover, there is a large sun protection. For a pleasant dinner there is a BBQ, solar lighting and wooden furniture. The proximity of the sea, affordable restaurants, shops, shopping center 'el ingenio' and the water park 'aqua velis' is an added value for your stay.

There is a sports school in front of the building so that you can see something on the playground all day long. So there is life but not disturbing.

Features for Torre Del Mar: Lively and cozy on the street, beautiful boulevard, clean beach with recreation for children, affordable and nice restaurants. So it is touristy but maintaining its typical Spanish character.

Fantastic apartment in a lovely resort

A fantastic apartment which is beautifully furnished. Excellent kitchen facilities, including lovely touches of basket with Oils, Herbs, Spices etc. dishwasher tablets and cleaning products available. Plenty of clean towels and bedding provided. Roof terrace is very large, lovely for relaxing, although only 2 sunbeds available. Veronique could not have been more helpful and accommodating, any question we had she answered immediately. The apartment is close to several supermarkets and restaurants and a short walk to the lovely promenade and beach, which had super fish restaurants and bars all along. A great place to spend a week in some lovely winter sunshine, would thoroughly recommend the area and the apartment. Thanks Veronique.

Comfortable and well-equipped apartment in great location with stunning roof terrace.

The apartment is in a very convenient location with a great fish restaurant next door and many tapas bars and shops nearby. The sea and marvellous promenade is a short walk away. Lots of free parking around the area but, unless you want to play golf or go to the El Ingenio shopping mall, you really don't need a car - everything you need for a great holiday is within walking or bus distance.

Inside, the property is well-furnished and equipped with everything visitors need for a comfortable stay. Thanks for mentioning the Nespresso coffee machine in the description, so I was able to bring some of my favourite coffee pods. Lots of towels and cleaning products too, which is all very helpful.

The apartment is very bright, clean and generally quiet. It feels very homely and welcoming. Communications before the stay with Veronique and during, with Tony locally, were excellent. The pool and garden area is spotless and well-kept.

The thing that sets this property apart is the stunning roof terrace, accessed from the lounge via a spiral staircase. Lovely town and mountain views, sunshine and shade available all day, barbecue facility and effective solar lighting. We spent a lot of time up there.

We love Torre del Mar and are delighted to have found such an excellent place to stay. We will definitely book again and have recommended it to friends and family.

Compleet huis met relaxed dakterras

Wij zijn hier ruim 2 weken verbleven met 2 kinderen. Vooraf en tijdens vakantie prettig en snel contact gehad. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Ligt vlak bij het strand en heeft een supermarkt om de hoek. Het centrum van het dorp is ongeveer 15min wandelen met leuke restaurantjes. Het ligt naast een school wat vooral voor de meiden erg interessant was om naar te kijken 😉 zeker aanbevolen!

Zeer goed appartement met prima apparatuur, goede verwarming/ ventilatie, fantastische bedden etc. De geboden service door Veronique en Tony is super.

Je moet houden van een levendige omgeving . Een groot pluspunt van het appartement is het zeer grote dakterras.

Modern, goed onderhouden appartement

Met ons gezin hebben wij een fijn verblijf gehad. Zeer schoon en goed onderhouden appartement. Keuken was van alle luxe voorzien. Goede, (Ikea) bedden met genoeg beddengoed, voor ieder seizoen voldoende aanwezig. Het zeer ruime dakterras is zeker een aanvulling; heerlijk begin van de dag met een ontbijtje en genietend van de ochtendzon! Eigenaresse Veronique is zeer attent en hield ruim van tevoren nauw contact met ons bij vragen. Omdat wij een late vlucht hadden op de terugreis kregen we de gelegenheid om later uit te checken, heel fijn!

Wel een aandachtspunt; het slot van de toegangsdeur appartementencomplex werkt niet soepel waardoor we vaak moeite hadden om de deur te openen!

In Torre Del Mar you can enjoy Tapas and from both meat and fish dishes at very interesting prices. Malaga is easily accessible by Vip bus (2.69 €) and worth a visit. Both for shopping and the new modern port Muelle uno. Additional For children there is the aqua velis (aqua velis) water amusement park and can be reached on foot from the apartment. Food is available in the park but you can also bring your pick-nick or take a sandwich and a drink from the park in Mercadona.
