Happy kids happy life they say - A baby bed is also included so that you can sleep peacefully at night. The apartment has mosquito nets over each door as well so you can enjoy the breeze without the sting!

Over 45m2 of outdoor space in a location where balconies measure not more than twice your shoe size, you will enjoy spending time at home even while you’re on holiday!

2 steps away from everything

Tucked away nicely in the narrow traditional roads in the backstreets of Sliema, yet 3 minutes from everything man made, this property is sure to offer you the rest you so deserve. A 6 meter long barbeque terrace lies on the front part of the property with a door leading into the main living room that resembles a captain’s deck. The interior is decorated in pastel colors and blue and white marine touches to ensure you feel on relaxed!

The terraces are furnished with synthetic turf for added comfort. The terrace outside the main bedroom is the largest one. Sit on the red deck chair, open the umbrella and enjoy that favourite book that you haven’t managed to read while rushing to work in the metro!

Entertainment and BBQ facilities

Light the barbeque so by the time you finish that chapter you can treat yourself to something nice. If you don’t feel like cooking, worry not, there is a supermarket round the corner or get a take away. In the evening light the colourful outdoor lights and treat yourself to a bottle of Rose wine with your friends while your swimming suit dries up in the adjacent terrace!

The place is very airy as a steady draught flows when you open the doors. Fire up the air condition and the place feels like a day in London in January if you’re missing the weather back home!

Easily accessible

A steady stream of buses flows all the time from the bus stop near the property, in fact when you exit the property you take a right turn and a left turn and you’re on the seafront next to the best Pizzeria in Sliema, Vecchia Napoli! If that’s not yet good enough another of Sliema’s favourite house hold names lies just next door, Sweet sins or Dolce Peccati Gelateria as the name goes.

Pack your towels and head to the beach to refresh, either sit on the rocks and make a mattress out of your towels or play chic and walk to the beach club 8 minutes away.

Hi,

My name is Tony and I come from Malta. I love travelling and over the years I have had the opportunity to visit a number of destinations mainly for pleasure. Now that I have more time at hand, I set out to refurbish apartments for holiday lettings incorporating those things which I thought were missing when I traveled abroad.

Great host and appartment

We loved our first visit to Malta and hope to be back! Tony was very helpful, friendly and precise. He gave us lots of tips what to see, do and where to eat :) Great appartment, exactly as in the photos. Located very well, only a few minutes walk to the sea front, bus stops. Quiet place. There are different terraces to catch the sun at all times of the day, even in the springtime! Would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Malta.

Lovely stay

Great apartment, exactly as in the photos. Really well located, only a few minutes walk to the sea front, bus stops and ferry to Valletta.

So nice to have the terraces to catch the sun at all times of the day!

Tony's son Rod was very welcoming and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable.

We loved our first visit to Malta and hope to be back soon!

Fantastic Holiday

This apartment was really comfortable and clean. It's in a perfect location to explore Malta - just 3 mins from the bus stop and 10 mins from the ferry port. There are also lots of restaurants nearby for the evenings. Both Tony and his son were very helpful throughout our stay and gave us lots of tips on things to see and do. Would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Malta.

great location and host

Loved staying here with my family, very well located, bright and airy penthouse just like the pictures with lovely kept terraces.

Tony the owner met us at the bus stop and even prepared some delicatessen for us, that was really nice! I highly recommend it!

Tucked away nicely in the narrow traditional roads in the backstreets of Sliema, yet 3 minutes from everything man made, this property is sure to offer you the rest you so deserve.

Neighborhood is peppered with mini boutiques, spas, traditional houses in historical streets showing British influence alongside Italian restaurants, English schools, beach clubs, diving schools and ice cream shops all near us. The seafront is 2 streets away, 3 minutes on foot. You can enjoy walking, cycling or hire a jetski and fly by!

Stay tax £0.44 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the owner upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 18 years.

Checkin after 22:00 but before 01:30 incurs a €20 late night fee.
Check in after 01:30am incurs €50 fee
Late night disturbance fee:
Should we need to call at the apartments between 23:00 and 07:00 for reasons other than check-in and in particular due to negligence of the guest or any other circumstances which responsibility does not fall within our remit, a late night disturbance fee of €75 applies and shall be debited from the damage deposit.
A damage deposit authorisation of €200 is made on the credit card on arrival at the apartment. For longer stays exceeding 2 weeks, damage deposit shall be payable in cash on arrival and shall be equivalent to €200 x # of weeks capped at a maximum of €1200.
Utility allowance for longer stays = 10kwh daily and 150ltrs or water daily. Extra consumption will be deducted from damage deposit. Utility meter visible for you to check your consumption.
