Rent beautiful apartment with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms near the Boulevard of Donostia. Ideally located to explore the city both on short breaks to make it your home on longer stays. Located in the center next to the main attractions of the city, allows for walks and hikes and having your home always on hand to rest or take a snack or sit down to eat.

The apartment has all sorts of elements to make your stay a pleasant experience Donostia. We care about the details so you have to do nothing more than enjoy the holidays.

It has two large and bright rooms with modern and comfortable sleep systems. The master bedroom has a double bed (160 * 190cm), large wardrobe, a balcony and ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has a bath.

The other room has two single beds 90 * 200cm and third extra bed located under one of the two beds. In the hallway, another bathroom with shower this time. The bathtub and shower are protected by screens.

The living room has a TV area with a sofa and two armchairs, enough to accommodate 5 people. The sofa is convertible into a comfortable bed 160 * 200cm. There is also a dining area has an extendable table.

In the spacious entrance it has placed a small sitting area and a work area to sit and work on the computer or reading, drawing .. This space is useful to place child seats, surfboards or any large items and avoid cluttering the house.

In the kitchen you'll find all kinds of appliances, small and large (washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, whisk, coffee (Nespresso and drip), juicer, toaster and electric kettle. Iron and ironing board. Kitchen utensils, pots, pans and casseroles. Dishcloths, sponges, garbage bags and cleaning products such as detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher.

The apartment was perfect for the four of us. We were two couples. There was plenty of room for us.

The apartment was in a wonderful position, close to the market, stores and pintxos bars. We loved San Sebastián and staying here. The owner was very helpful providing us with detailed information for our arrival. We would definitely stay here again when visiting San Sebastián.

Fantastic property, great location!

We were a party of 4 adults, all well travelled, however, we all agreed it was one of the best apartments we had ever stayed in. It was ideally located, incredibly well equipped with everything you could possibly need and spotlessly clean. We all fell in love with San Sebastian and if and when we return, this would be our apartment of choice to stay in again. Thank you so much to Ana for providing such a great apartment.

All the Comforts of home.

This apartment is located in a fantastic area, close to old town. Ana was the perfect hostess. It was very spacious as it was just 2 of us in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment.

The kitchen was well stocked. Really enjoyed our stay.

A good apartment, well-located for 4 tourists

Arriving on the street in busy San Sebastian was a bit stressful. We unloaded our many suitcases and bags on the corner and were met by our landlord's representative who shepherded us to our door and the small elevator within. When our driver and navigator returned from parking the car in an underground garage. we took our bags up in shifts on the elevator. Four good friends could fit in the elevator, just. the front door key required some jiggling and patience. The apartment is on a busy city street, buses and other traffic going by. Since this was an early Saturday afternoon, the sidewalks were filled with families and young people out for a happy stroll.

The apartment itself is clean and well-furnished. Beds were comfortable. The living-room/ dining room worked well, the table expanded to seat all of us, and the sofa and chairs gave a good conversation area, or a place to watch television. We found a BBC channel.

Our lease said the apartment's climate was "controlled," but on two afternoons we would have liked some wall controls for adjustment.

The kitchen is a very narrow, galley-style one. One person could prepare a meal for another there, but dinner for 4 would be near-impossible. The one dinner we ate at home was carryout.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, both on our street and in the wide pedestrian area a block and a half down. There's also a good grocery store in that area, the German chain Lidel. We left the car in the parking garage and used the easy bus service to visit the high-view up the funicular or cable-car. An excellent aquarium is in moderate walking distance. We recommend this place for a brief stay

Great Spacious apartment in fantastic location.

We greatly enjoyed our time in this spacious cozy apartment. It was very well supplied and had everything one needed. We made good use of the washer/dryer and greatly appreciated Ana’s great instructions on use of all the appliances. There was clear information on everything. The location of the apartment is fantastic. It is close to everywhere and is easy to explore all the great sights San Sebastián has to offer. Ana was very pleasantt and easy to communicate with. We had more room than needed as only two of us but enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment.

The apartment is located next to the traditional market gap where you can buy fresh produce every day and the season. Supermarkets, fruit and all kinds of shops to buy food and drink of the highest quality.

If you like shopping, you will be very well positioned to approach the most commercial areas of downtown, Old Town and Gros.

We are also accessible in the neighborhood of Gros, very interesting for its Dynamistic, boutiques and bars. Every Thursday night afternoon will approach the famous "pintxo-pot" where hundreds of people gather to enjoy the gastronomy and entertainment.

The floor is 80 meters from the Congress Centre Kursaal what makes it very interesting to accommodate people attending conferences or their families. It's also great to live near Film Festival (Zinemadia), the Jazz Festival, the Musical Fortnight or any other cultural event. We are 20m from the Teatro Victoria Eugenia, and about 900m of Tabakalera cultural center.
