This is an ideal place for someone who wants to know the "older Lisbon" just walking. Nearby there are lots of typical Also coffe shops, bars some modern others very ancient, gourmet shops and an etnic fast food market in the square of Martim Moniz. There is a small supermarket near and lots of smal corner shops, where you can buy your groceries open until 12am. The apartment is situated in a small square with an orange tree and a nice bench where you can enjoy the neighbouroohd life.
The kitchen is equiped with indution plate, blender, electric oven, toaster, refrigerator, Nexpress machine and electric orange juicer.
If you need an iron or something special you can ask on the reservations and it will be provided, if possible. It Also includes towels and bed linen.
The house is for 2 guests but there is a futon available, to acomodate a child if needed. You can access all the spaces in the house

To shop and get out at night, you'll take 3m by foot to the commercial center of dowtown or 15 minutes to the Bairro Alto neighbouroohd, the center of Lisbon 'nightlife.
The recently renewd Intendent square is now on of the most "in" places to get out in Lisbon, whith two charming place associations, that Provide very good food and environment, and an old school portuguese club in between, that Provides a fantastic constrast betwenn the more traditional and the trendy new Lisbon.
It takes 2 minutes by foot to downtown, to the tourist trams like the number 28 and 15, and underground, and 5 minutes to main city buses and the train to the Historical village of Sintra. To the train to Cascais it will take you about 20minutes, trought an wonderful pedestrian path near the river.
The street parking is strictly to residents but you have two big public parks 2m walking, one in Martim Moniz square and the other in the beginning of the street que accesses the house by car.
Here you will be able to experience the typical live of ancient Lisbon.
