We had an Amazing time /Estancia maravillosa

Its was our first time in the Canary Islands and we loved Tenerife!

The house is way better than you could expect spacious and full of light! We were very well received and had everything that we could need always with the sound of teh see in the background.

You have a small beach right when you leave the building and you can go there anytime of the day (it was like our private beach!)

This house is in an amazing building that is built in a rock . Just amazing. We loved it! Big thanks to Eugenio and to the gorgeous Candelaria!

La casa es mejor de lo que se puede esperar amplia y llena de luz! Nos quedamos muy bien recibido y tenía todo lo que podíamos necesitar. siempre com el sonido de la mar acompañando.

Tienes una pequeña playa justo cuando sales del edificio y puedes ir allí en cualquier momento del día (era como nuestra playa privada!)

Esta casa está en un edificio increíble que está construido sobre una roca. Simplemente asombroso. ¡Nos encantó! Muchas gracias a Eugenio ya la preciosa Candelaria!

Casa molto carina sulla spiaggia

L'appartamentino è all'interno di un palazzo/residence sul mare con spiaggia privata (con sabbia nera). E' l'unico abitato all'interno di una valletta che scende dalla montagna verso il mare. Ha un balcone molto carino con vista mare. Unica pecca e che a 1 km di distanza in linea retta dalla spiaggia ci sono 3 trivelle. Se i bagni avessero ventole sarebbe la ciliegina sulla torta.

Il paesino di San Andres è a 5 minuti di strada (serve una macchina) ed è provvisto di qualche ristorante (che sconsiglio se non per una serata che non si vuole cucinare), un piccolo supermercato e una farmacia. La capitale Santa Cruz è a 10 minuti (sempre di macchina) ed fornita di un ampia scelta di negozi, ristoranti e supermercati.

Uitstekend verblijf met goede service

Ruim appartement, schoon, heel, netjes, compleet, twee badkamers, volledig ingerichte keuken inclusief oven, zonnig balkon en goed tweepersoons bed. Overdag wordt gewerkt aan de renovatie van een ander deel van het complex, maar daar hadden we geen last van. Uitzicht is fantastisch: zee. Ideaal voor rustzoekers. Strand om de hoek. Soepel en snel contact met de eigenaar (via whatsapp) en duidelijke afspraken. Prijstechnisch een uitstekende deal. Strandje om de hoek met relaxe sfeer. Voor wie de toeristen stroom in het zuiden wil ontlopen een uitstekende keuze. Het noorden is ruig, fantastisch om te wandelen en kent nog de echts Spaanse sfeer. Fijn idee dat je auto achter een hek 's nachts geparkeerd kan worden. Wij komen graag een keer terug! Een week was te kort om heel het noorden te verkennen.

Nichts außer Meeresrauschen

Die modern und hell eingerichtete Wohnung liegt im 8. Stock. Keine Tierchen, alles funktioniert, von Wohn- und Schlafzimmer gelangt man in einen kleinen Wintergarten, von dort direkt auf den großen Balkon. Absolute Ruhe, nur die Wellen rauschen. Die Nachbarn bestehen zum größten Teil aus Hauptstädtern, die hier ihr Wochenende verbringen, also auch kein lärmendes Partyvolk. Mit dem Fahrstuhl kommt man runter an den Strand und kann zu Fuß an die daneben liegende Playa Gaviotas laufen. Die Brandung sieht wild aus, ist aber ideal zum Planschen. Einer der schönsten Strände der Insel!

Tolles Appartment in wunderbarer Lage

Das Appartment liegt in einer Wohnanlage, die etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Nichtsdestotrotz ist die Wohnung wirklich schön: Hell, geräumig, 2 (!) Badezimmer und größtenteils ruhig (in der Anlage wurde mit dem Presslufthammer gearbeitet - hat man aber nur wenig gehört).

Eugenio ist sehr nett und die Übergabe der Schlüssel verlief problemlos - er hatte soagr noch was zu essen für uns mitgebracht!

Der Blick auf das Meer ist traumhaft - ok, im Küstenbereich liegen einige, zum Teil recht alte Schiffe vor Anker. Die sind aber bei Nacht ganz hübsch anzusehen. Bei klarem Wetter ist Gran Canaria zu sehen.

Der nahegelegene Strand "Las Gaviotas" ist einfach traumhaft! Dort haben wir beinahe jeden Tag in der Sonne gelegen - toll!

Weird apartment building

The apartment is in an almost deserted building. The building is in a very bad shape, although two man are busy to patch it up. So in the morning you wake up with the sound of drills. Although the apartment was very clean, it was obvious that there had been sprayed with a lot of insecticide, which made it smell very bad. The insecticide is necessary because outside, in the corridor, there were dead cockroaches 4-5 centimeters big. The interior of the apartment is very nice. Because of the sun shining in, and not having sunshades, it became very hot inside. There were not enough means of ventilation to get the heat out. As for the view outside: you indeed look at the ocean, but there was an oilrig and a very large sort of ship just in front of the building. They were illuminated by night and looked like two big christmas trees. The little beach is perfect. The whole surrounding of the building is neglected and it looks like a squat.
