Situated off of a walk street with oak trees. We have triple glaze dual paned windows for soundproofing to give you that restful sleep to enjoy taking in the sites the next morning. We are truly steps to breathtaking ocean & beach views complete with a panorama of the Santa Monica Mountains & Malibu. And yet is just a 5-minute enchanting bike ride to marina del Rey & Santa Monica.

The newly remodeled modern building with it’s sleek lines and modern lighting is just 2 minutes from everything you need hip & trendy Abbott Kinney, main street, 3rd street promenade, Venice & Malibu.

This is a one bedroom sleeps 4 with a Queen size bed in the bedroom & Full size sofa sleeper in the living room. We have TWO bedroom UNITS AVAILABLE ALSO _ASK ME .Our one bedrooms faces THE HISTORICAL FRANK GEHRY BINOCULAR building. Our units are completely sound proof with triple paned dual glazed windows with white wood horizontal blinds.

The bedroom has a brand new queen size superior quality mattresses with finely pressed white Egyptian cotton linens and wood blinds. The living room sleeps 2 in a new queen pillow top sofa sleeper. One full NEW bathroom . All modern fixtures. Tile, kitchen-flooring bedding all new!!!!!! Just one block from the fabulous ABOTT KINNEY Street in Venice & 1 block from Main Street in Santa Monica.

The full sized modern kitchen with pure white Caesar stone counter tops & stainless steel sink is equipped with a new gas stove, fridge, new dishwasher, new microwave and new chef’s utensils, Braun coffee maker, & new dishes & wine glasses.

The unit is stocked with beach towels, hair dryers, picnic bag, beach towels, (2 beach chairs and umbrella and beach toys, boogie boards, board games, & toys -upon request) The temperature of the ocean is 70 degrees and quite refreshing

LAX is just 20 minutes away. A short bike ride away (10 minutes) is Fisherman’s Wharf where you can rent Jet Ski’s, kayaks, and scuba gear, afternoon boat cruises and you can catch the ferry to Catalina Island.

*30 minutes by car to Hollywood, downtown LA. And Malibu,

* 45 minutes to Disneyland, Knott’s berry farm or Universal Studios.

We recommend so many great restaurants in our welcome package that we couldn’t list them all here.

Kindly know- sorry to say but not everyone treats your house as their own and because of some of my past guests I have had to make this long list of house rules to be abided by and sorry no we do not offer discounts for our Air Conditioned units with ocean views from our garden walk street...

*We keep our little sanctuary clean and tidy, so we ask that you kindly respect our no shoe policy in the house.

*NO SMOKING- or you forfeit your deposit...

*Please bring eye makeup remover so that our white linens remain white to avoid any unnecessary & preventative charges at end of stay.

*Please shake off your sandy towels & beach chairs outside of the apartment FYI:

Please use the broom on the side of the refrigerator during your stay so as not to if scratch new hardwood floors while moving chairs around.

*Please RINSE off your dishes BEFORE putting them in the dishwasher.

*Please Do Not use The Garbage Disposal- All food scraps must be thrown in the trash can under the kitchen sink

*We do not allow smoking or pets, sorry.

*CHILDREN OF ALL AGES ARE WELCOME BUT MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL NUMBER OF GUESTS IN YOUR RESERVATIONS. THIS INCLUDES INFANTS. CHILDREN ARE NOT FREE. We have invested in a pack n play, toys and games and children cause as much damage and mess as adults, or more!) and our discounted rates are based on the number of beds we must change, laundry , cleaning supplies, water usage etc...). ALL ADDITIONAL GUESTS (NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR RESERVATION HEAD COUNT) MUST PAY $25 PR PERSON PER NIGHT FOR THE TOTAL NUMBER OF NIGHTS IN YOUR RESERVATION., WE DO NOT PRO RATE THESE FEES IF YOUR ADDITIONAL GUESTS STAYS ONLY 1 NIGHT.

*STAINED Washcloths, Towels or Pillow Cases from Ink, Crayon, Mascara, Colored EYE Makeup or TANNING Makeup , Hair Dye, etc.. should be washed out & scrubbed immediately with soap & COLD water. And again, please bring eye make up remover to avoid any unnecessary & preventative charges & If you have dyed hair bring a personal towel the color of the dye of your hair to put on our pillow to prevent dye ( blue, pink, green, red) from seeping thru b/c if it can NOT be washed out with bleach then appropriate charges will be charged for anything that was dyed by the color of your hair.

* LYSOL WIPES In the Kitchen: TAR from Beach this is really the only thing that can take off TAR from the beach off your feet, shoes & hardwood floors .

• Central Air conditioning System : close BATHROOM WINDOW & bedroom windows.

• Please do Not set it below 21 Celsius (69 F) as you will freeze the system and it will not get cold. The AC takes 10-12 minutes to get cool the entire apartment & is a $5000.00 system .

• Please turn OFF the AC when not at home or there is a $25.00 charge per day for wasting electricity

* Please turn of all ceiling Fans & lights (kitchen & bedrooms) when not at home

*CLEANING: Your rentals has cleaning for 2 guests only . If you have an additional guest $25.00 will deducted from your security deposit upon departure to cover end of stay cleaning

*With long term stays over 10 nights, there is a required weekly cleaning to keep your place nice & tidy & our linens & bedding immaculate to begin on day 5 and is NOT part of this booking . With all reservations nightly or weekly or monthly maid service: Rate is ($100 for 1 guest)($125 for 2 guests). Kindly note it does takes 2 - 3 hours to clean and 90 minutes for laundry( 2 loads) with all the linens, sheets, towels & beach towels.

Parking $25 per night . We need your license plate, make & model so you don't accidentally get towed from our lot. DO NOT PARK ANYPLACE ELSE OTHER THAN WHERE INSTRUCTED OR YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED BY ANOTHER NEIGHBOR.


We ask that you return the beach pad exactly as we gave it to you. Each property will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. The cleaning fee you have paid will cover this unless additional cleaning is required for not respecting the house rules. You are required to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it by making sure, dishes are done* and put away, and the home is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted and sanitized.

*Dishes are done & put away OR dishes pre-washed by hand ( so no food on them when placed in dishwasher & then put dish soap in drawer of dishwasher & start the dishwasher the morning you leave . FYI: Pots or cooking pans- need to be washed separately by hand and placed on a clean towel on the kitchen counter to dry . If additional cleaning is required such as ton of sand on floors, trash bags in the corner, makeup, hair dye, tanning lotion or blood on linens, stains on couch or linens or tar from ocean appropriate charges will be deducted from your security deposit at the rate of $25 per hour

* Please close all windows

* Turn off Ceiling fans/lights/heater

*Turn OFF the AC upon departure or there is a $25.00 charge per day for wasting electricity as sometimes homes are not cleaned immediately upon departure so we might not know until the next day that AC was left on all night long & running in which you will be charged $25.00. We have these rules b/c some people forget to care about the planet, or electrical bills or possibilities of fires.

* Towels should be placed in the bathtub or shower area

* Trash removed and taken outside and placed in the trash bin in the alley code 1199_press lock hard together to pop open

This is the best Vacation Rental i've ever stayed in. The pictures don't do it justice! The apartment is impeccably maintained and the location is ideal.

Perfect Venice location

This apartment was located in a great area. Lots of cute shops and restaurants and the beach are nearby. Abbott Kinney is also close. The apartment itself was as advertised and very nice and quiet. The only things we wish it would have had was a television that got more than Netflix and packets of coffee for the coffee pot, as there are no groceries right in the area. The owner was very helpful.

Owner's Response: So Sorry as I was unable to meet you upon arrival to explain but the house manual on the table could have addressed you needs. There are 3 grocery stores in the area: 1) Simons Provisons 1 block away which was just at the corner and has yummy everything. It's just a smaller version of Whole Foods 2) Whole Foods is 3 blocks away and Ralphs market is 4 blocks away. Plus, there are over 60 restaurants, 2 liqour stores just in the surrounding area all within 4 blocks of the property. As stated in the listing, the The Firehouse/sports bar on the corner has 5 televisions screens & Chaya Venice has a great happy hour with again multiple tv's to watch a game but we do offer free Netflixs. Thanks for visiting we enjoyed having you .

Great Location!

We arrived later in the evening by request and there were no problems. Dillon was there to great us and show us the property as well as give us tips on where to eat and what to see in the area. It was a short walk to Venice beach which was really nice. The property was immaculate and the beds were comfy. I would stay here again!

Amazing Honeymoon!

We booked the place last minute, as we just thought it looked like a great place. Our experience far exceeded our expectations, the owner contacted us about our specific requests right away and had roses, balloons and some drinks for us when we arrived. The location is great, close to all the boutique shops on Main and Abbott Kinney and very close to the beach (~2 minute walk). They also have bicycles at the place and we loved going for rides down on Venice Beach and up to Santa Monica.

As for the place itself, it looks to have been recently renovated, very modern and comfortable. It is air conditioned and the kitchen is also great. We loved the proximity to many great restaurants and also Whole Foods for snacks, meals and groceries. This area is a pretty eclectic spot with lots of character and you don't really need a car (unless you're heading downtown or to Disneyland for a visit). All in all we had a great time and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone interested in visiting the Venice Beach area.

Great location

You could not ask for a better location (bearing in mind that venice beach is a pretty quirky area but we were very familiar with it and so we're comfortable). The apartment block itself seems to be going through a renovation so once the outdoor areas are addressed it will be quite a good apartment block. The apartment itself was exactly like in the photo's, very clean and has been recently renovated. It was small but more than enough room for 2 people. The bed was extremely comfortable. The car park was an absolute must for us and was extremely valuable to have as parking on the street would have been difficult. Use of beach towels was great. The biggest downside is the noise. The apartment attracts a lot of noise from the road and also from the children that live as permanent residents underneath. We were excited about the use of the bikes but they weren't in great condition so we actually ended up borrowing bikes from a friend nearby. A little disappointing but not a big issue.

The TV didn't work but again not a big issue as we were busy and never sat and watched any. Just would have been good to play music through.

Overall a great place in terms of cleanliness, location and affordability.

Owner's Response: Thanks for visiting. Well we have all the kinks worked out since your visit in 2014. The new flat screen tv works fine and we have free Netflixs with upload speed of 40Mb download speed is 7Mb We did have a Sony Bluetooth stereo in the house which you could've played music through. And we no longer offer beach cruisers b/c people just destroy but we can offer you 20% discount at your local bike store for rental down the street.Thanks again.
