Modern design

Apartment has three bedrooms (two in back of the apartment separated by kitchen, dining room, laundry and bathroom) bathroom is a shower/sink with a separate toilet area. Apartment was very clean and safe.

Apartment is decorated in a very modern style, low slung couches, lots of sculpture and art. Very cool but also very dark (lighting on the art but not much lighting elsewhere in the apartment) Toilet was VERY dark. There are Juliet balconies across the front of the apartment which were great for the adults but not child friendly. These balconies, when opened also brought cigarette smoke into the front of the apartment from street level, where the living room and one bedroom are located. If you're a non-smoker you may find this less than ideal.

There was a group of us staying in the apartment for the week and we have mixed reviews. The person in our group who stays in fancy hotels hated the apartment (and complained about the bed being uncomfortable, rooms too dark, smokey) while the others thought the space was just fine. So be warned, if you're looking for Georges V this isn't it.

Apartment is located in the 9th. Felt very safe in this neighborhood. Located directly across from the Metro (Cadet station) which isn't on the main line so transfers are required but easy enough. No problem obtaining taxis and Ubers when needed. All stores and restaurants in the neighborhood closed very early, so do your shopping before dinner!

Lisa and her team were wonderful to work with. Would book through them again.

Perfectly Convenient, Well Appointed

What a COOL apartment!! It looks exactly like the pictures and we loved it! We especially loved the balcony to watch all the Paris life happen below us... Super convenient location to Metro, cafes, shopping - just about Everything! Loved the decor and comfy beds! It was great having a kitchen to cook up some eggs for breakfast, but there is no microwave. If there was one, we couldn't find it. Beautiful building and all the charm and character of the period includes a Teeny Tiny Elevator, spiral staircase, wood floors that creek, and a separate toilet room. And btw, I was under the impression it was a two bath apartment. Well, in this case it means one tiny but nice room has the toilet and another room has a shower and sink. Hence two 'bath' rooms. The shower was quite nice, but I wished it had an exhaust fan to help with the steam.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing 3 separate bedrooms; or a group of couples (as we were three couples who are all family) who don't mind sharing what Americans refer to as a single bathroom.

Also, I compliment the owners and property management as they were ALL super helpful and kind. Asha even took time to walk us through how to purchase metro tickets to Versailles! Thank you!!

Wonderful location

After problems with another rental, we found this wonderful apartment. We were able to speak to Lisa, the owner and she assured us that we would be happy with her apartment. Her communications before our vacation were very helpful. She has a website for her apartment with many suggestions for your stay. She also sends info prior to your trip with helpful information on transportation. She even offered to have her local rep stop at a grocery store to pick up a few things for us. Because our flight cancellation due to the Air France strike and reschedule on Delta, we were able to make it to Paris earlier than originally scheduled. Asha, her local rep, met us at the apartment and was able to stow our luggage. It was too early to allow us to check in since the cleaning crew was still cleaning from the previous guest.

After a very short delay, Asha called and said the apartment was ready. When we arrived back at the apartment, She gave us a full tour and explained how to operate everything in the apartment. She offered suggestions for our stay that only a well informed Parisian would know.

The apartment was perfect for my wife & I. It is remodeled and modern while keeping the charm that is expected in a Paris residence. Everything is close by, from the grocery store, the boulangerie, and Rue Cler are all just steps away from your front door. All the attractions of the 7th Arrondissement are within an easy walk. For anything further, the Metro is right outside your door. We suggest an unlimited Metro Pass for transportation around Paris.

The next door neighbor has a piano and is a very good pianist. Their practicing welcomed us home many times as we stepped off the the lift. However, it is not heard inside the apartment so it is not bothersome.

The 2 W/C and separate bathroom was helpful for getting ready each morning.

The only downside was the lack of a dining table for meals in the apartment

This was our second stay in Paris. This apartment was just as nice as the one we rented last year while being $200 Euros a night cheaper.

Lisa and her team were very organized. Candace was lovely and met s at the apartment and showed us around. The apartment itself was just perfect. The exact haven we needed after a long day walking around the city. The metro stop is right at the apartment entrance. The bank and grocery store are a 2 minute walk. Apartment is very secure. We will stay there again when we come back.

The pictures of this property do not do it justice! It is much bigger in person. The location is amazing and the view from the bedrooms can't be beat. I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint would be there is no dining table so eating meals at home is a bit tricky. Definitely a lovely vacation rental.
