We decided to purchase this apartment mainly because it is located in the center of Cannes, where we can enjoy the city and all what it offers. The apartment is situated at a walking distance from restaurants, hair salons, supermarkets, cafes, the Haute Ville, the Old Port, Rue Meynadier (with all its souvenirs shops), The Palace of Festivals and the Croisette Beach. We usually don't need to rent a car because we also have a train station a block away (approximately a 5 minute walk), which allows us to visit many popular towns along the coast: such as Nice, Antibes, Monaco, etc...
When we decide to rent a car, there is a parking lot at the train station and with our luggages it takes us simply around a 5 minute walk to get to the apartment.

The apartment is located a few steps from Rue d'Antibes and 5 mins walk both to the Croisette and Cannes Railway Station. The furniture and all facilities are top quality and we've found it in spotless conditions. The 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom are positioned to guarantee good privacy to the occupants (i.e. 2 couples) and modern windows keep the street noise away. The owner and the apartment manager have been very supportive and check-in & out procedures were carried out quickly. We definitely recommend this property!
Ottima posizione, in pieno centro e a soli 5-10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. La casa è situata vicina a supermercati, negozi e stazione ferroviaria. Ci sono dei parcheggi sotterranei vicini.
L'appartamento è fornito di tutto, forse erano poche le pentole per cucinare. La casa al nostro arrivo era pulita.
Nell'insieme è stata un'ottima vacanza.
Our newly refurbished apartment is located next to the 'Gray D'Albion' hotel in the famous standard building 'Le Grand Palais'.
Our rental property is next to 'Rue D'Antibes' where all the famous boutiques and shops are found and is only 1 block away front the famous beach 'La Croisette'.
If you need to buy food from the supermarket 'Monoprix', you would only need to walk a couple of steps to get there. The retail store 'Galerie Lafayette' is a few steps from our building as well.
If your fancy is to visit the different coastal cities along the South of France (such as Saint-Tropez, Nice, Antibes and Monaco), our apartment is located only 1 block away (walking distance) from the train station.
In the morning, you can easily step out of the apartment and walk a few feet to buy your newspaper, get your coffee and bring home your freshly baked croissants. You can then experience the 'Forville' market and bring home fresh vegetables, regional foods such as cheese, oils, spices; there is a world of choices along with some beautiful flowers.
Restaurants, cafes, hairdresser, movie theaters are also around the corner which allows you to enjoy your vacation and walk to these places without needing to rent a car.
Also, considering the large size of the living room and how appealing the entry hall of the buildings, this is a perfect apartment to hold private business meeting at less than 5 minute walk from the Film Festival (Palais des Festivals).
