Appartement idéalement situé

Un grand merci à M Gatignol pour l'ensemble des informations fournies en amont même si je ne sais toujours pas où le contrat de location se trouve sur le site :-). L'appartement est bien agencé et propose les prestations nécessaires pour un agréable séjour. Il est au dernier étage d'un petit immeuble calme, tout comme la rue. Il est idéalement situé : 6 minutes à pied de la plage de Pontaillac et 10 minutes à pied d'un supermarché. Le bord de mer et le marché de Royan sont à 15 minutes en voiture. De nombreuses visites sont possibles dans un rayon d'1h de route. La période de juin est idéale en terme de fréquentation, ambiance calme et reposante ! M Gatignol a accepté la présence de nos 2 chats et je l'en remercie sincèrement car il est difficile de trouver des locations acceptant les animaux. C'est une adresse que nous conservons pour le futur.
