Our exclusive house (duplex) is located in Almerimar, 35 km west of Almeria City at the Mediterranean Sea. There are three terraces with panoramic views over the golf course, sea and marina of Almerimar. The holiday home is in a quiet part of the town just above the golf course. (27 holes). The house has 3 bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single bedroom. The residence has a large communal swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful lawn for sunbathing. The beach is at a walking distance of only twenty minutes. The 'duplex' is situated at the highest part of the village, which gives it unique views of Almerimar and its surroundings. The balcony or terraces overlook the golf course, the beach, the town centre, the marina and the mountains (Las Alpujarras, Sierra Nevada).

The town of Almerimar is located on the Mediterranean. This region 'Costa de Almería' has a very moderate climate all year round. This means very little rain and more hours per annum sunshine than anywhere in Europe. Therefore Almerimar is perfect for a stay in winter as well as in summer. The town has a lot to offer, such as a 27-holes golf course, marina, nature reserve 'Punta Entinas-Sabinar', Mediterranean beaches and it is close to the mountains of the Alpujarras. There are pubs, restaurants and bars in the centre. Towns like 'El Ejido' and Resorts like 'Roquetas del Mar' are located in the immediate area around Almerimar. Almeria city, with its historic castle, cathedral and its shops, can be reached within 30 minutes by car. Granada City, with its historic district and Alhambra Palace is close too.

I've bought this house because it's in a well-kept residence with a lot of green gardens and the properties are well designed. It's just above the golf course in a quiet part of town. Because of the higher location close to 'the cliff' it offers exclusive relaxing views.

"Location parfaite pour des vacances tranquilles. L''appartement est très propre, bien équipé et bien situé. Piscine de rêve : grande, profonde, propre avec maîtres nageurs. On peut faire beaucoup de visites en voiture. Les plages sont agréables, mais si on est exigeant, on peut en trouver d''autres un peu plus loin (10 mn en voiture). Le propriétaire est chaleureux, accueillant et serviable. Je recommande chaleureusement."

"la location est vraiment très bien tout à fait conforme au descriptif, très bien équipée,propre vraiment parfaite, dans un environnement très calme, avec un propriétaire charmant. la piscine est immense, très propre et surveillée en permanence par des maitres nageurs.Almérimar est une jolie station balnéaire où l''on trouve tout pour passer de bonnes vacances(bars, restos, supermarchés). les plages sont également très propres, surveillées, avec douches et toilettes, dommage pour les quelques cailloux mélangés au sable mais la température de l''eau est super bonne.Nous avons passés d''excellentes vacances"

On the motorway Valencia-Malaga, about 30 km after the city of Almeria you take Exit Nº 409 (Almerimar/El Ejido). From this point it's only 6 km drive to Almerimar.

Restaurants, bars, etc. are all nearby in the marina which makes the centre of the town Almerimar. I recommend Restaurant La Gula, where you can eat good food, well presented and in a nice setting.
