This is a peaceful and quiet place, away from the noise of the city, but only five to ten minutes from one of the main arteries of Malaga, close to the beaches which have places where you can play beach volleyball and football, as well as an area of typical fish restaurants.Only 15 minutes from the historical, commercial and cultural centre of the city. The city of Malaga is an outbreak of colour, light, music and joy when their celebrations of Carnivals, Holy Week, Festivity of San Juan, Festivity of Our Lady Virgen del Carmen, Malaga Fair, City's Patron Saints' Days, Christmas are celebrated. And in where their folkloric gastronomy (tapas), customs and traditions like the flamenco one can be known first hand.

A fast and easy access to the Barcelona-Cadiz freeway, which allows you to visit the surrounding villages of our province (Ronda, Nerja, Marbella, Antequera, etc.) and also Granada, Córdoba, Sevilla and Cádiz.

The SECOND BEDROOM (15 square meters) has 3 beds 90cm, a 3-door wardrobe, 1 bedside table with lamp and a chest of drawers with drawers. The furniture is wooden the Spanish manner. We're providing our guests the equipment for 3 babies. The kitchen has a vitroceramic hotplate, a kitchen sink , 1micro wave, and a combi (fridge freezer). Besides the household consists of kitchen pots and pans of various sizes anti adhesive, plancha, a strainer, a mixer , kitchen shears and a washing machine in the outside. Plates and bowls, dessert plates, dishes, cutlery individually cutlery to serve, water glasses, cups.

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire dans cet endroit magnifique. Vraiment tout était au rendez-vous : soleil, calme, paysages époustouflants, ... Merci Matilde et Juan Carlos pour votre gentillesse et votre serviabilité remarquables. Nous y retournerons !!!

Great Family Holiday in Malaga

Irish Family with 4 young children had a wonderful holiday at this property, we would recommend this property to stay in Malaga especially if your not into the touristy apartment block/bar scene and would prefer a private, quiet, spacious, clean and well furnished property in the country but still within 10 minutes drive from the centre of Malaga and a few minutes spin to the closest beach. The kids especially loved the swimming pool, tennis court and all the space around the property. We stayed 10 days and we wished we could have stayed longer. What great hosts Juan Carlos, Matilda and Family are, they were very accommodating to our late arrival and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely return as soon as we possibly can.

Super séjour en famille

Nous avons unanimement apprécié le calme et la beauté de ce site. Un grand merci à Juan Carlos et Mathilde pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilite. La location est très bien située par rapport aux plages ( 3kms) et au centre de Malaga (9 kms). Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

A FANTASTIC HOLIDAY

Friends at work strongly recommended this house for a vacation with kids if we were going to Andalusia. They could not have been more right. Property was the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the sports with the kids. Country walks, tennis, and long hours sunbathing at the terrace close the BBQ. Malaga city is very welcoming and nice, and very close! There's always a good atmosphere in the streets. Their villages have amazing views and landscapes, great food, friendly people and the wines!! The property was gorgeous and more than we could have hoped for. Mathilde & Juan Carlo were hospitable, generous and extremely helpful. Thank you so much.

Es war wieder ein schöner Urlaub

Nahe des Zentrums von Malaga und doch in ländlicher Umgebung, das ist für uns die ideale Lage für einen Feriendomizil.

Die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gatgeber haben uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt geboten und wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden.

Auf der sehr schönen Terrasse kann man faulenzen oder man fährt in die Stadt und geht shoppen, besucht ein Museum oder man geht zum Essen. Fisch kann man sehr gut an der Strandpromenade von El Palo essen. Ausflüge in die Berge sind auch abwechslungsreich.

Wir waren also wieder sehr zufrieden.

Auch der zweite Aufenthalt in war sehr schön

Nahe der Stadt Malaga und doch in einer Finca Urlaub zu machen, dass ist für uns sehr erholsam und abwechslungsreich. Die lieben und sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgeber haben uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt geboten und wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden.

Auf der sehr schönen Terrasse kann man faulenzen oder in die Stadt fahren und shoppen, Museen besuchen oder gut essen (Los Gatos, lecker und sehr spanisch). Fisch kann man sehr gut an der Strandpromenade von El Palo (gehört zu Malaga) essen.

Die Ausflüge in die Berge lohnen sich auch immer wieder.

Wir waren also wieder sehr zufrieden.

reste dans le logement à partir de cette heure on considérera un jour plus de séjour à payer.Il n'y a pas de problème si vous arrivez avant de 17.00h; toutefois, vous devez tenir compte que nous avons besoin du temps nécessaire pour préparer la maison avant de votre arrivée, puisque ce même matin la quittera une autre famille. En tout cas, si la maison n'était pas encore préparée, vous pourriez y laisser vos bagages et vous reposer, par exemple à la piscine, faire la course...
2. Le client comparaîtra dans le logement à l'heure préalablement conclue. À l'arrivée, la garantie répondra du bon état du logement et des biens que l'on y trouve. La garantie sera restituée au client à son départ, une fois vérifiée la non-existence de détériorations ou de
dommages.
3. Le prix total inclut l'utilisation du logement, de ses installations, du mobilier, du ménage de cuisine, des vêtements
