About the property

A traditional private complex, very close to beach, golf, Tapa's bars.

The property comprises - A spacious living room / lounge comprising a modern 2 and 3 seater sofas, dresser, ceiling fan & air conditioning unit. Also a flat screen 32'' LCD TV with Local TV, UK Netflix, YouTube and some English internet channels, a PS4 / BluRay / DVD with games for the kids, big and small. Wifi throughout apartment and Terrace.

Two double bedrooms (4 single beds that can be pushed together if required) both with fitted wardrobes and Air Con units (Hot / Cold) and ceiling fans.

The shower room and toilet is between the two bedrooms. Granite Top with a washing machine underneath.

The lounge leads to a conservatory style dining area with modern glass table and four chairs plus single pull out sofa bed (if required). Glass by-folding doors lead onto the large south facing terrace which has a pupose built BBQ and Bistro style table for outside dining plus loungers and chairs for your comfort, sun blinds are available too if required.

We provide bedding & hand / shower towels - If staying 2 weeks these are changed mid holiday- Cleaning is included at the end of your stay.

We are fully licenced with the Spanish Tourist Board.

Our mimimum stay is normally a week - Off Peak 4-5 night stay may be possible please enquire.

A private garage is available to park your small car, this is within a secure car-park adjoining our complex (no extra charge).

Price shown for fortnightly stays are incorrect - We discount in your return quote, we don't charge twice the weekly rate.

To keep our rental's as low as possible & avoid excessive air conditioning usage (Hot & Cold) - Electricity for the apartment is controlled via a coin meter. We credit the meter by a minimum of 10 euro's per week (for normal usage), then any extra is payable using 1 or 2 euro coins. Meter emptied weekly.

We can arrange your pick up from Almeria airport if required - mini bus or car - You pay driver.

Our South facing private terrace catches the sun all day long. The complex is nice & quite. The resort is very friendly, traditionally Spanish, very clean and flat, great for walking or cycling along the promenade goes on for miles.

Notes:
Check in from 1.00pm Check out 11.00am (cleaner arrives approx 10.30am) arrangement can be made for suitcases to be left in the apartment if you are on a late flights. Due to new Spanish Tourist Laws we require a copy of all guests Passports before they travel. A copy can be taken via a camera on a smart phone & emailed to us, or a photocopy can be posted to us. We will keep these on file (unless you request us to delete after you travel) so guests returning won't have to resend Passports each stay. Keys and information are usually posted out to you 4-5 weeks before you travel. If short notice booking we offer free Meet / Greet service via our Property Management company based in the resort.

Great Family Holiday - Home from Home comforts

This is our 3rd stay at the apartment, as a family we love it !!! The resort is very clean, friendly & has everything you need. The apartment is spotlessly clean, the kids enjoy the wifi & Xbox, we love the pool which quite often has no one in but us. We hire a car so having a garage to pack it is great too. The Tapa's bars are amazing, with every drink you get Tapa's free. We have already booked the apartment for next year, the complex has a genuine Spanish feel to it unlike the ultra modern builds further down the resort that are miles from shops / bars etc. We are literally 2 mins from the beach, 5 min's from the golf course too.

A lovely 2 bedroomed apartment for rent in Roquetas de Mar in the delightful traditional complex of Pueblo Andaluz.

Fully furnished and equipped with a south facing terrace that captures the sun all day long. Free WIFi throughout. Private main swimming pool and children’s pool with lawned surroundings and thatched parasols. We are only 3-4 Minute walk across a quite park / cycle way to the beach, small supermarket, great Tapas Bars & restaurants.
