This beautiful bourgeois apartment has been newly renovated to the highest standards. The apartment has high ceilings, and beautiful structures from its bourgeois era. It is located on the 3rd floor (4 in total not counting the RC /bottom floor), with elevator. The apartment has built in air conditioning.

Perfectly located at the sea front in the very heart of Menton with a wide selection of restaurants and shops around, right next to the old town of Menton (5 minutes walk), and two blocks away from the Casino. From the apartment you have undisturbed views of the Mediterranean Sea, Menton, Roquebrune-Cap Martin and the Italian Riviera.

The apartment has a 72m2 surface with white walls and parquet floors:

1) One master bedroom with a 160cm king size bed and a beautiful en suite shower with a window on the view.

2) Second bedroom with a 160cm kings size bed, drawers

3) There is a big socializing area with an open space between the kitchen and living room making it optimal for social dinners with family and friends. The kitchen is brand new with white marble and all the necessary amenities, induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, all in tasteful white and Scandinavian design with all amenities. The living room / kitchen has stunning sea views.

4) Main bathroom has a walk in spacious shower and there is also a washing machine and dryer at your disposal. There is a toilet both in the main bathroom and a guest toilet separately next to the bathroom.

The residence is located in the heart of Menton in front of the beach where you have all the restaurants, bars / cafes and shops. The lemon festival parade passes right outside the apartment in February / March.This apartment is the perfect place for a holiday on the French Riviera!

Simply FABULOUS.

Fantastic apartment! Probably the best rental in Menton.

We were very sorry to leave it after a long stay in January and February. The apartment is newly (and beautifully) refurbished to a high standard. The views are stunning. The sitting room has a bay window with uninterrupted views of the sea. The coast road is below but you are unaware of any traffic noise. The main sound is that of the waves. The decor is calming and practical with warm wooden floors and modern furniture. Well fitted state of the art kitchen. Exceptional shower rooms. Comfortable beds. Large screen television. Fast internet connection.

Hosts are delightful and communicate well. They responded quickly to little glitches including us loosening the television cable by mistake and thinking it had stopped working!

Location is perfect with only a five minute walk to the railway station and a few metres away from the bus stop that serves the airport bus (110) and a bus that will take you to Monaco and Nice (100). Plenty of restaurants to choose from close by. Covered market is a pleasant short walk along the sea front.

Menton is great for walking and we have enjoyed following the coastal path to both Italy (not far) and Monaco (about 10 km and mostly along a quiet path). If the weather is bad (we've only had a very few wet days) then sitting in the cosy apartment and looking out at the rough sea is a pleasant way to pass the time. If you come for the Citrus Festival then you will get a great view of the parade.

Don't hesitate to book this lovely place. Enjoy your stay.

Wonderful apartment with stunning view

We really enjoyed our stay in Belle Époque. The apartment is in a great location , very convenient for the station, buses and access to Menton town. The view from the apartment is stunning and the sound of sea is just wonderful. The apartment is very well equipped and was spotlessly clean. I look forward to returning to Menton and this apartment very soon!

Wonderful apartment in an amazing place

Location: excellent. Above the promenade looking out to the Mediterranean right above a small restaurant in the "newer" part of Menton. Beach access easy, walk across the street and on the beach. Beach is small pebbles so flip-flops or sandals necessary. 5 minute walk to nearest grocery store. 10 minutes to pedestrian walking street. Menton is definitely a hidden gem of a place. The only downside to the apartment is that the street below can be noisier if the windows are open, fine if windows closed - very sound-proof.

Apartment: lots of space. Newly renovated and well maintained. Excellent fridge, stove, oven, microwave, washer/dryer combo. Air conditioning worked well. Little elevator 150kg max (two people tightly), otherwise it's 3 flights of stairs, 75 stairs in total. Not for those who are stair challenged. Beds comfortable! All cooking and eating utensils available, nothing missing. Sophia even had a toaster!

Great spot for a relaxing vacation! Lots to do and see in the area, easy transportation by train (least expensive). Bus from Nice airport 22 Euros one way. Taxis fairly expensive! Bikes (including electric bikes, segways, etc) to rent 50 m from door.

What a view!

After a long flight from Canada we were welcomed by Maria who was lovely and very helpful. The photos did not disappoint us, amazing view and excellent location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the apartment was big enough for the 4 of us. If lucky enough to return to Menton we would not hesitate to stay here again. Loved. loved out stay.
