Welcome to Carole's Pass at Stephenson Manor. Also, check out our other VRBO home, just six doors down (perfect to rent both homes for family reunions, weddings, Eckerd College Graduations, etc,) and on the same street. Carole's Pass at Stephenson Manor is a high-end executive luxury escape, three bedrooms (One King Bed and Two Queen Beds boast brand new Beautyrest by Simmons 'Recharge' Mattress Sets) and two bathrooms just five blocks from Tampa Bay Waters. The home was taken down to the studs and renovated to the highest end in June of 2014. Literally everything in the home is new including fixtures, appliances, and furnishings as of June 20th, 2014. Granite Countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. All new stainless appliances. The home itself has all new HVAC, Roof, Water Heater, Electric, Plumbing, Flooring, Bath & Kitchen fixtures, basically you will be walking into new construction. The furnishings are amazing! All new top grain leather living and family room furniture, seating for 20 people comfortably (including dining room, and stools at the two level granite kitchen island and granite pass through. Kitchen has a stainless coffee maker, toaster and blender for your use. Stainless Refrigerator has ice and water on the door, Contemporary Crystal Vases, Sculptures, and Figurines have been used throughout the home. Artwork in the home offers a tasteful blend of classic and contemporary. The dining room table is pub height, features a gorgeous beveled glass top and a lazy susan for your convenience. All three bedrooms have brand new mattresses (Beautyrest by Simmons, Recharge Bainbridge Pillowtop.) The kitchen is complete with everything you might need to cook a chef's meal. Gorgeous Hardwood Flooring throughout. Two Car Garage with keypad access. You will be provided with a code for entry and a code for the alarm system. Two High Definition Televisions are placed for your enjoyment. The televisions are equipped with Brighthouse Cable and offer more than 300 television stations. High Speed Wireless Internet is included as well. The Master En Suite boasts a lovely glass shower. The second bathroom located between the second and third bedrooms features a bath/shower combination. Very large Corner Lot, Huge back yard, circular driveway. Brand new Samsung Front Loading Washer & Driver (we provide the HE Laundry Detergent.) We also provide fresh towels, linens, and bedding straight from the cleaners that arrive just before your stay. The extremely large back yard is surrounded by a privacy fence. Two Cable Equipped televisions and wireless internet for your viewing and communications convenience. About John Fuller

John grew up in Indianapolis Indiana (so did both his Parents and all four Grandparents!) He studied Opera Performance at The State University of New York in Binghamton and toured for 25 years in Broadway National Tours as an Actor. John is now the Managing Broker and Owner of Starlight Property Management (named after Starlight Musicals in Indianapolis) in Atlanta, Georgia. Toby served our Country proudly in the United States Air Force. He was stationed at The Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He grew up in Grand Island, Nebraska and is one of six children. All of his other siblings still live in or near Grand Island. We are the proud parents of Three Yellow Labrador Retrievers. Payton & Eliot (5) are twin brothers. Barkley (4) is a rescue from the Atlanta floods of 2009. Our dogs are one of the great joys of our lives!

We have put our heart and soul into decorating this home can't wait to hear our guests reviews, as we're hopeful they will be truly amazed.

What makes this house unique

Stephenson Manor is a gorgeous neighborhood. All of the neighbors take such great pride in keeping both their homes and yard immaculate. The view from the front of the house is awesome. We have come to know most of the neighbors surrounding and are dear friends with four of them. They would do anything to help at a moments notice. We also love the circular drive, the gorgeous appliances, granite countertops, and of the new fixtures in this home.

Well appointed, clean, roomy and inviting

My sisters and I just spent four nights at this St. Pete VRBO unit and were extremely pleased with it. If you are heading to the area and want to be close to beach as well as downtown St. Pete but in a quiet neighborhood at night this is your place!

Unit has 3 spacious bedrooms, modern well equipped kitchen, screen in outside lanai for morning coffee, open space inside. So when we invited my father and wife to join us for the day the seven of us adults never felt crowded together. The home is clearly newly renovated and decorated very nicely so it truly has a home away from home feel--very inviting. We chose this unit based upon pictures and good reviews and it was exactly as advertised. Prior to arrival as well as during stay owner was very responsive to questions we had providing prompt and complete info every time.

Owner has provided ample beach accessories in the garage such as cooler, chairs, and towels so no need to bring anything like that. Brand new outdoor grill available though we didn't use cause we had dinners covered.

Location is excellent for exploring St. Pete...close fully stocked Publix grocery and drug store also handy.

My sister and I both remarked that many times we feel compelled to "clean" a bit upon entering a rental unit but NOT here. This home was spotless!

We definitely will rent here again when returning to St. Pete. Downtown area around Central Ave and waterfront especially nice to stroll shops and eating areas galore.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood! Great place to stay!!!

My family just finished with a week-long stay at Carole's Pass. It is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed for a week in St. Petersburg was provided (including beach chairs, beach toys & beach towels as well as extra bedding and more for the home). The home is conveniently located just off of I-275 within minutes of a grocery store (Publix) for food & supplies and WalGreens for medicine & more sunscreen😉�. The St. Pete/Clearwater beach was a quick & simple 10-15 minute drive from the home. John was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Very safe & secure home with incredible interior design work. Highly recommend this amazing property!

This was the first time we have taken advantage of a VRBO property. The process was easy and the owner's instructions and accessibilty made the admin, entry and exit very simple. The home was furnished with everything we needed for a week-long stay while repairs were being accomplished on our own home in the Tampa area. We very much appreciated the level of cleanliness, the attention to detail reflected in the decor, and the fact that everything worked. Many thanks.

Great weekend away

Great house with a convient location. Stayed for the weekend for Eckerd college graduation. The house has everything you need and more. The owners are helpful and easy to reach. I had no problems and will definitely look to rebook if I return to the area.

Absolutely loved this rental home! John takes great care in the upkeep and maintenance of this home and it shows in every detail! From the impeccable design choices of the decor to the kitchen stocked with everything you need for your stay.....this rental is a real gem!
