Newly remodeled. Top Floor is Great Room with Kitchen/Dining and Living Room. Corner lot and up on a hill, so no houses next to you on all 4 sides. Views of Mountains. 4 Bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens, Bunk Room (twin over full bunk, with 2 additional twin beds), 2 1/2 Bath. New mattresses. Separate Den with TV and Wood burning stove provides a separate area to relax. Great room has stacked stone gas fireplace, 55' TV, cable, DVD, wireless internet access. 2 car garage. Large, flat driveway, low elevation. 2 decks front and back off great room. Large Vermont Castings (5 zone) natural gas BBQ. Hot Tub on lower deck in spacious, fenced back yard. Kitchen fully outfitted for cooking. Full size washer and dryer. Just up the hill from Raleys grocery store, 2 miles from the Incline Beaches at the lake, and near the golf course and restaurants. Great for 2 families with kids. House includes Beach Access (guests pay current daily rate).

Why Stephanie Jensen chose Incline Village

We love Lake Tahoe in the winter for skiing, and the summer for the Lake and hiking in the mountains. The clean air and fresh mountain breezes are refreshing and relaxing! The house is clean, comfortable and quiet.

What makes this house unique

We enjoy the corner lot, with no houses on either side of the property. The year-round noise of the running water of Third Creek next door and the mountain view from the front of the house. Two decks and the fenced back yard! Great flat, wide driveway with space in the summer to park in front of the house.

The house is in a central location to many ski resorts. The house was spacious and clean.

The house is awesome. The kitchen was well equipped. The hill on the side yard was perfect for the kids to sled on. There was an incredible amount of snow but the house still stayed very cozy. The hot tub was very nice after a hard day of skiing. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We would/will stay here again and I would highly recommend a stay at the pinnacle chalet.

Wonderful stay!

Great Tahoe house for 2 family vacation! Lots of space, gas fireplace, gas grill, hot tub, indoor parking for two cars! On the the con side, no board games, hard to work the entertainment center, WI-FI too slow to use, and doorknob to go to the hot tub was problematic, however the hostess was very responsive to issues we raised. Would definitely stay again.

Owner's Response: Cecilia, So glad you enjoyed your stay, and sorry for the troubles with Charter Cable (the internet provider). Service up here can be spotty, but we lived in the house for a year and had only occasional issues. I do wish you had mentioned the doorknob during your stay! I was unaware there was a problem with it until it came off in my hand when I was at the house to service the hot tub after your departure. I was able to do a temporary fix, but plan to replace it! Wonderful stay to attend family wedding

Great location, clean. Owner very helpful with providing gear for infant. Home has layout conducive to couples traveling together as well a room providing extra beds for children/young adults.

Nice perks including condiments in refrigerator, food storage bags.

Comfortable place

My family rented this house for the 4th of July holiday. We had 4 teenagers and my sister and her husband and my mom. The house is very comfortable and well-laid out. The upstairs is open with a nice kitchen, living room, dining room and half bathroom. All of the bedrooms are on the same floor. The kids all chose to stay in the room with four beds. They did hit their head on the slanted wall a couple of times but everyone liked their bed. The other rooms have queen beds. There is the extra room on the bedroom floor with a TV and Wii. The kids would hang out in there to play video games and that is how you access the lower deck with the hot tub. The upstairs has a nice deck that overlooks the back yard and has a nice gas grill. The kitchen was well equipped. You could hear the creek with the windows open which was very nice. My only complaint is some leftover things in the bathrooms and some clutter in the garage. The plants in the kitchen don't look very nice and need a new home. The location was good and overall my family had a wonderful stay in this house.

Perfect family vacation home

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this Incline home! The house had everything we needed. Having a garage was a plus and the beds were super comfortable! Our kids (ages 7 & 5) were very content in the bunk bed room and enjoyed playing in the den. Restaurants and groceries were just minutes away. Also just minutes away was Mt. Rose. The family had a couple of fun days skiing and the ski school was top notch! I would highly recommend this home for your Tahoe vacation.

There are NO REFUNDS for EARLY DEPARTURE. There are NO REFUNDS for storms or weather conditions, even if a mandatory evacuation is ordered (optional travel insurance can be purchased for Renters protection).
