6 minutes walk to the beach front at famous La Croisette - with parking

Situated on the 2nd floor of the newly built Villa Montebello, this is a very special apartment indeed! Decorated and equipped to the highest standard, with taste and flair, it offers a wonderful location for the more discerning visitor to Cannes. It is centrally and conveniently located, just a few streets back inland from the JW Marriott Hotel, on Boulevard de la Republique. The Palais des Festivals et des Congress is only approx 10 minutes walk away. It is 5 minutes walk to the beaches and restaurants. Boulevard de La Croisette, the famous seafront promenade and Rue D'Antibes, the main shopping street are just minutes away. There is a lift, and secure parking available in an underground garage. The 59sq m apartment contains a fully fitted kitchen including a ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan and fridge/freezer. The apartment sleeps 4 people with one double and one twin bedded room. The balcony of 8sq m looks over the terracotta rooftops of Cannes. Perfect holiday location!

Cleanliness: Our apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each party of guests arrive. In winter the heat is switched on. Beds are dressed with fresh linen and clean towels are provided for each guest. You just need to bring your own beach towels. On departure the apartment is cleaned once again.

BEACH TOWELS: While we do provide towels for each guest, we do not supply beach towels so please remember to bring your own.

LOCAL MARKETS : Cannes is always a wonderful location for a holiday, whether in summer or winter as the local markets provide a great place for shopping as well as for people-watching!

The most famous market in Cannes is the Forville market which specializes in locally-grown fruit, vegetables and flowers. In summer it is a wonderful sight with the brightly colored fruits and berries. You can also buy olive oil, cold cuts, a wide variety of cheeses, farm fresh eggs as well as dried herbs and spices. Forville can be found two blocks north from the Hotel de Ville on Rue Félix Faure. This is a big, active covered market, that takes up a full, long block. A flower market is at the west end of this covered area.

Art/antiques/crafts - a Marché Brocante is held every Saturday in Cannes, 'Sur Les Allées' - opposite the old port, beneath the trees. This becomes a two-day market on the first Sunday of the month. On Mondays, Forville becomes a Marché Brocante too.

Both are approx 10 minutes' walk away!

Why The Owner chose Prado République

My decision to purchase this apartment in Canne's was mainly due to it's central location. The apartment is within walking (5 minutes) distance to Palais des Festivals the conference/business activity centre where the city's full calendar of events takes place throughout the year. The beach the promenade the wonderful shopping and it's food, flower and antique markets I love Canne's its full of life during the day,and has amazing restaurants and night life, full of vibrant energy it's has such a free and easygoing athmosphere. Lot's to do and see. Also it's beautiful weather. The apartment is a new build very spacious bright and airy. Also outdoor balcony.

There is a very nice table and 4 chairs on the balcony for outdoor dining! There are 4 fans for cooling the rooms in warmer weather. We will consider changeover days other than Saturdays, especially in low season. You simply need to check with us.

Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa, es un apartamento precioso con una gran terraza ideal para comer o tomar el sol, es un edificio tranquilo con mucha seguridad y está a tan solo 10minutos a pie del centro. Sin duda lo recomendamos y sin duda volveremos. Para acabar queremos agradecer la amable atención de Patricia que en todo momento se ajustó a nuestro horario.

Perfekte Location in Cannes

Wir haben zu viert einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Wohnung verbracht. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden und insgesamt war es sehr sauber. Auf dem Balkon ist Platz genug, um mit vier Personen zu essen und die Abendsonne zu genießen. Von der Wohnung aus ist alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, sei es die Innenstadt, der Strand, Restaurants oder der Supermarkt. Wir hatten kein Auto vor Ort und haben durch Bus und Bahn auch weiter weg gelegene Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreicht. Sehr praktisch ist auch der Bäcker direkt vor der Wohnung, so waren wir jeden morgen mit frischem Baguette versorgt.

Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen und würden selber immer wieder gerne kommen!

Agréable séjour

Notre séjour a été très agréable dans cet appartement idéalement situé (10 mns du centre), calme, confortable, bien sécurisé et spacieux (belle terrasse). Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par Patricia qui vous oriente avec ces précieux conseils et sa disponibilité. Nous recommandons ce logement et espérons y retourner.

This apartment is very well situated in the centre of Cannes. While there is car parking, you don't really need a car - you can walk to everything you want in minutes! Shopping on Rue D'Antibes (3 min), supermarkets (3 min), restaurants (4 min), beaches (6 min), the Palais (9 min), La Croisette (6 min), train station (5 min), bus stops at Hotel de Ville (9 min), marketplace Gambetta (4 min), marketplace Forville (8 min). There is a wonderful boulangerie (bakery) / patisserie (pastry shop) almost immediately across the street from Villa Montebello which makes the trip out each morning, for your baguette or croissants, very easy.
