Waterfront. Private sea entry. Gazebo, Kayaks, Wifi. 300ft to Rainbow Beach

Being very familiar with Rainbow Bay, we knew this was a great location. The thing that surprised me was the great abundance of the little things that one needs during the week. The owners have placed a high priority on ease and convenience, supplying the small necessities, such as lots of kitchen items, like a toaster, pots and pans, etc., and binoculars, Direct TV, good air conditioning, beach towels, hammocks, etc.

I saw groupers, lobster, rays, and other fish in the sea there while snorkeling.

As I said, a wonderful place to spend a week.

Loved this house and location. We have rented several VRBO houses but never one this organized. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil you might need. There is lots of literature on the beaches to visit, restaurants and helpful information about the house and island. The owner was quick to respond to all of our questions and provided very helpful information for planning our trip beforehand. We highly recommend this house.

Where do I start? First the important stuff. This home is even better than the great pictures listed. The bed (we only used 1) was comfortable. The water heater was hot and plentiful. The cross winds were cool when you opened the windows and doors and there was plenty of AC if you wanted it cooler. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and this place is spotless. I wish my home were as well organized. Even before we got there, we had plenty of information to be able to get the most out of our stay. The host was so helpful with any additional questions I had about the house and the area. Once we were there, there were little cards all over the house telling you things you might need to know. There is a book with info from where to get groceries to what kind if critters are in the area (all harmless). We sat on the gazebo and saw stingrays and a manta ray, grouper and many other fish. We had planned checking out more of the beaches but after a few decided we had the best seat on the island in the backyard. The snorkeling right off the gazebo is great. Eleuthera is a great combination of Fantasy Island and Gilligans Island. Wear bug spray in the early morning and evening and read the suggestions for grocery stores. Other than that just enjoy one of the most incredible places we've ever stayed and weve stayed in alot of places. You'll LOVE Dolphin House.

My wife and I spent a week at Dolphin House the week of 4/13-4/20. This house has everything you need for your stay. You really do not need to bring anything but your clothes. They have beach chairs, floats, noodles. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, and all the tupperware you are ever going to need. Place was clean and beautiful and the location is private and very quiet. We had a great stay and will be back.

The property is well maintained. Enjoyed the notes around the house pointing out tips and how/from whom items were obtained. Felt very homey. Due to information received prior to arrival and at home i felt very comfortable getting around and staying in a new place. Variety of fish right in front of property add well as hundreds of sand dollars. Enjoyed following their tracks. Easy swim or walk to Rainbow Beach. Nice to have kayaks to explore further. Water was so clear we're were able to see many creatures while in the kayaks. Do heed advice on long pants and bug repellent. Bites show up a day or two later. We felt as though we had the sea to ourselves...so quiet and peaceful. The grocery down the road has the basics and the gas station in Governor's Harbor has everything and more. So much to see that one week was not nearly enough. Lovely home!
