3 rooms double-oriented flat, very quiet, well-equipped, with a beautiful view of the Beaulieu Bay and the St Jean Cap Ferrat peninsula and possibility to eat on the covered terrace.

Living room with LDC television, Freeview and foreign channels.

Very well equipped open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and independent toilet.

Central heating and hot water. Air conditioned in the 3 rooms.

Underground garage: 4.90m long, 2.50m large and 1.80m high.

Swimming pool in the apartment building, open from May to September, from 9am to 8pm.

Great location, lovely apartment !

The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Close to all amenities including beautiful beaches, restaurants, supermarket, train and bus stop. The apartment was clean and pretty. We have been there twice and we are returning for the third year on 29th August which speaks for itself !

We stayed at this apartment and loved it !!!!

This apartment is in a perfect location , 3 minutes from large supermarket, train station, wonderful market, and gorgeous beach !!!!Property description is accurate and we were very comfortable. Unfortunately the pool area was under construction and the children 12 & 14 were very disappointed and then they discovered the wonderful safe beach so it actually didnt matter in the end. Denise the owner was wonderful and was at hand at all times if we needed her - I would definitely recommend stay here to anyone .

Very nice flat in good location

We spent a very nice time in this flat - the listing was very accurate, so there were no surprises. The place was clean - bathroom and kitchen are not brand new, but maintained and in good working condition. The balcony is an extra treat, and the view as pretty as the picture.

From the very first contact the host was welcoming and helpful to provide information and reacted quickly to every inquiry.

The location is very convenient - close to a very good supermarket, a selection of restaurants, beach, bus and train. You can manage fine with public transport - if you rent a car - be sure it is an economy size or it won't fit the garage!

I would recommend this flat any time for a shorter or longer stay.

A very comfortable and well equipped apartment in an extremely good position. Beautiful views out to sea and over St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat from the lounge and balcony. Picturesque views over the town and hills from the bedrooms. Ideally located between Nice and Monaco. Bus stop immediately outside apartments and train station within easy 5 minutes walk. Excellent local shops, cafes and restaurants. Large supermarket adjacent train station. A great area for easy walking especially around St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Villefranche and Beaulieu itself. We look forward to returning.
