Fantastic views from this luxurious, privately owned newly renovated and beautifully presented SKOL front line corner apartment . Complete with two large balconies so you can enjoy the sun all day. With two full size pools and super gardens opening directly onto the promenade and beach this is one of the best locations in Marbella. A short stroll will bring you to the Old Town and Orange Square. Close to shops restaurants and friendly bars making this is the ideal holiday apartment for the discerning traveller. Sorry no children under 12 years.

Well appointed and beautifully furnished it has Air con, UK TV, DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, etc, we hope we have provided everything you will need but please do let us know if you have any special requirements we will do our best to oblige you.

We provide quality linen and towels and even beach towels. FREE WIFI, DVD player, UK and Irish TV channels amongst a myriad of others.

Come and enjoy the fabulous Marbella life: lazy sunny days, shopping, boat trips to Puerto Banus etc..

Perfectly located and beautifully presented apartment

We loved the location of this apartment with 2 well furnished balconies. The apartment was airy and bright. Everything worked well, air conditioning, spacious bathroom with fabulous shower. Plenty of storage and a well equipped kitchen. The views were spectacular and it is where we would return to.

Location, location, location

This is our second stay in this wonderful apartment and we have already made a reservation for 2018 - I think that says it all! The apartment is well maintained (great new bathroom), clean and has everything you need. But its the location and amazing views from the large terraces that make it so special. We enjoy swimming in the pool, walking along the promenade and relaxing on the terrace. A wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops are all nearby. We look forward to staying in Iverna's beautiful home again next year. Sue and Steve Barnes.

Wonderful flat with beautiful seaview

This was the third time we stayed in the apartment, and everything was perfect as usual. Very comfortable, bright, well equipped, excellent position on the promenade with near restaurants, bars, shops, front line - and outstanding seaviews, on clear days even Gibraltar and parts of the African coast. Highly recommended.

The perfect apartment in Marbella

We spent three weeks in January in the Skol apartment. The location is unbeatable: from the two terraces you can watch the sunrise, sunset, and everything in between: fishing boats on the horizon, beach side restaurants grilling the catch of the day. The apartment is modern ,equipped with every necessary appliance, and comfortable. Step outside and you are on the Paseo Maritimo, one can walk for miles in either direction with the sea on one side, and cafes, tapas bars and villas on the other: great people watching. Easy to walk to the old town and central market: we bought seafood and vegetables several times and prepared some delicious meals. There is plenty to do in Marbella, but there are many interesting side trips to be taken:walk or bus to Puerto Banus to view yachts of the super rich and huge Saturday outdoor market, with great bargains on leather goods: rent a car for a day and visit Ronda or Granada.

Iverna and her team were so easy to work with: quick responses to my inquiries and all the information one needs for the apartment and Marbella. We are returning next year

Car: not necessary

A guests description says it all !

'This is one of the most sought after locations, on the beach front yet within a stroll of the Old Town, Orange Square, etc. In a quiet area with a Park and a selection of wonderful restaurants friendly bars you will be spoilt for choice.

The complex is right beside the sea and, while the beach can be busy, inside the sub tropical garden in Skol beside the adults only pool it was another world - so peaceful! There were plenty of people there on sun loungers reading, tanning etc. but it was quiet - no problem with having a nap!

Heading outside the garden gate brings you directly on to the promenade (its all that separates Skol from the sea) the restaurant and bar choices are endless. The old town is a leisurely stroll away and gives even more choices. Note: a car is in not necessary in fact it would be a hinderance really as parking spots seem to be like gold dust in Marbella. There's a ferry to Puerto Banus from Marbella marina (you can see it from the garden gate) and also the local bus service brings you up and down the coast if you want to go to see some of the other towns.)
