Fantastic views from this luxurious, privately owned newly renovated and beautifully presented SKOL front line corner apartment . Complete with two large balconies so you can enjoy the sun all day. With two full size pools and super gardens opening directly onto the promenade and beach this is one of the best locations in Marbella. A short stroll will bring you to the Old Town and Orange Square. Close by you will restaurants and bars making this is the ideal holiday apartment for the discerning traveller. Sorry no children under 12 years.

Well appointed and beautifully furnished it has Air con, UK TV, DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, etc, we hope we have provided everything you will need but please do let us know if you have any special requirements we will do our best to oblige you.

We provide quality linen and towels and even beach towels. FREE WIFI, DVD player, UK and Irish TV channels amongst a myriad of others.

Come and enjoy the fabulous Marbella life: lazy sunny days, shopping, boat trips to Puerto Banus etc..

Skol is probably the best location in Marbella. Built when spacious gardens and 3 pools were affordable it is ideally located close to the Old Town, Marina and beach.

Super whether you wish to shop. chill out, play golf or just laze in the sun .

We had a fantastic time in this apartment in August 2014.  The apartment was everything we wished for and more.  It was spotless clean, spacious and very tastefully decorated.  It was like a home from home, very well equipped - attention to detail was superb.  Fully fitted kitchen with every type of dish you would need. A lovely drinks cabinet nice selection of glasses, small bowls & Jug.  Even down to a shopping trolly, we giggled at first but we used it each time we went to the local supermarket Iverna recommended - it had everything.



Iverna was great to deal with, uncomplicated and very helpful.  Her recommended places were all spot on.  The views from both balconies were stunning, a great way to chill out and watch the world go by.  Excellent location right on the beach, and very close to restaurants & bars.   The Skol complex was a great place to stay, lovely atmosphere. 



We tried Reds, Ban Thai, The Steak & Sushi Bar and all were excellent but our favourite was Garum this place was just exceptional.  Some nice cocktail bars, Locos Rock Bar for any rockers amongst us opens from midnight till 7am if you have the energy !!!   Also liked The Nutty Boys bar for live music.  The Claddagh Bar is definitely worth a visit - bar staff very friendly and music every evening.



It was our first visit to Marbella and wont be our last - the luxury and location of Iverna's apartment really made our stay.

Would stay here again

Loved our stay at this apartment for 1 week in April. The apartment is exactly as the pictures demonstrate and every room was extremely clean. The bed(s) were comfortable with what appeared to be somewhat new and fresh sheets. Our only complaint was the shower took quite awhile to get warm, which may be typical for the area, but nothing we couldn't fix by giving it time to warm up. The 2 balconies provide more than enough space, chairs and sun to relax without having to go far! Every restaurant we tried within walking distance was delicious and affordable. Bath towels & hair dryer provided allowed us more space in our suitcases! Spent a day walking down the Paseo to Puerto Banus and another walking around Old Town/Orange square. Also very convenient city bus ride for 3 Euro to Puerto Banus or approximately a 15 Euro cab ride. Large grocery store only 5 minute walk to stock up the kitchen for your stay. Overall we have no complaints and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone! Iverna was extremely easy to work with and very responsive to any and all questions that I had, thank you Iverna!

Location, Location, Location.

My wife and I have been going to Marbella for over 25 years, and we love it. We also loved this apartment. It's got everything you could possibly want and a fantastic balcony which gets the sun from mid-morning until the end of the day. It's very central and everything is close at hand. The booking process is easy and directions, keys etc very straight forward. I'm certain we will be back again. Thank you very much for the use of your apartment.

Excellent apartment in excellent position

We stayed for 6 weeks over winter in that comfortable, clean and nicely furnished apartment right on the traffic-free promenade and with superb south and west views from both rooms, kitchen and balconies over sea, coast and garden. Everything you need for a pleasant holiday is there, everything works. Not only is the position of the building excellent, but also of the apartment within the building. No need for a car, there is a large, well-stocked supermarket on the promenade 5 minutes away, the attractive restaurant Da Bruno is in the same building. And the 7 km long promenade leading to Puerto Banus is a jewel. Lots of palm trees, benches and attractive beach bars and restaurants. The owner was very accommodating, the booking process easy and efficient. A highly recommendable apartment, we would return at any time.

fantastic Marbella beach-front apartment

Just finished our stay in this great apartment in the Skol complex

This 3rd floor corner apartment has everything one would need on holiday including Wifi and satellite TV. But it is the 2 balconies and incredible views that really make it stand out. The views down the coast are simply stunning. The complex pool area is beautifully kept and has 2 large pools one of which is adults only

And on top of all this the location is superb - yards from the beach and in the heart of Marbella

Booking was easy and There really was nothing about our stay that we could fault

Highly recommended - will definitely be back !

Wonderful ideally located apartment

My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous week in this light and airy apartment. It is perfectly located within walking distance of the Old Town (we love to drink freshly squeezed fruit juices in Orange Square in the mornings) as well as all the restaurants on the Promenade. The apartment is very clean. We spent most of our time when at the apartment on the front balcony in the sun, there is plenty of room for 2 people. We also had breakfast on this balcony. We used the second balcony in the evening as in March it can be windy and this balcony was shaded better from the wind. We watched the sun setting from one or other balconies whilst sipping a local bottle of wine before heading out to eat every evening. We walked to Peurto Banus which is a long walk but lots of lovely stopping places along the way. We ate at Da Bruno just below, La Navilla (lovely fish and prawns) and La Barca. We will definitely return and will recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you Iverna!

Winter heaven!

We stayed in this beautiful apartment overlooking the sea at Marbella for two weeks in February last year and we stayed again for the same two weeks in February this year - chances are we shall do the same again in February next year. A lovely apartment in a perfect location on a beautiful piece of sun drenched coastline - what more could one ask for! A winner by any standards!

A guests description says it all !

'This is one of the most sought after locations, on the beach front yet within a stroll of the Old Town, Orange Square, etc. In a quiet area with a Park and a selection of wonderful restaurants friendly bars you will be spoilt for choice.

The complex is right beside the sea and, while the beach can be busy, inside the sub tropical garden in Skol beside the adults only pool it was another world - so peaceful! There were plenty of people there on sun loungers reading, tanning etc. but it was quiet - no problem with having a nap!

Heading outside the garden gate brings you directly on to the promenade (its all that separates Skol from the sea) the restaurant and bar choices are endless. The old town is a leisurely stroll away and gives even more choices. Note: a car is in not necessary in fact it would be a hinderance really as parking spots seem to be like gold dust in Marbella. There's a ferry to Puerto Banus from Marbella marina (you can see it from the garden gate) and also the local bus service brings you up and down the coast if you want to go to see some of the other towns.)
