We had a great holiday

The apartment was clean and fully equipped. The residential complex is well maintained and beautiful. The pool is large and there are enough sunbeds. Rick is very friendly and always available.

Wonderful condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. The decor is simple and tasteful. Also this unit is very bright and roomy. The kitchen is well stocked. The living room furniture is comfy as are the chairs at the dining, morning room, and lanai tables. The beds are heavenly - very comfortable. The condo was nice and very clean. The location is private and quiet. We highly recommend this unit - you will love it! Lynn and Bill

wonderful stay

This well cared for large 3 bedroom suite was very tidy, comfortable and well furnished. Very comfortable beds with high end mattresses, well equipped kitchen with all necessary supplies, newer appliances. Great location on property with very private lanai and no ceiling noise which is a major plus. Rick Pytlak is a very responsive owner and the lady who manages the suite was readily available. I would not hesitate to rent his condo again. Only suggestion would be to reduce the number of plastic "plants" as they do not add to the decor. William S.

Very nice, clean and comfortable condo

We had a great time at Rick's place! Everything was as described. Pool was great, although a little to far, if walking. Location is top, close to Naples beach and good for daytrips around the area. Rick was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again!

The property was very clean when we arrived. Location was very convenient to downtown.

This property was well kept and clean. Kitchen was well stocked except for any baking or casserole dishes. Rick was easy to work with and returned messages quickly. Only had one problem with toilet in master bedroom not working for a few days. Property was in a great location being close to I-75, downtown and beach. Owner provided beach chairs and umbrella. This was our first visit to Naples and would definitely come back. Would rent this property again. It was located in a well kept area with a beautiful swimming pool.
