Enjoy this lovely Island home with spectacular views in a private setting, yet only minutes walk to Jamestown village. The property borders the Jamestown golf course with unobstructed views of the Islands pasture lands.

The property features a main Cottage with 4 bedrooms/ 2 baths ( 2,200 sq ft ) with spacious dining and entertaining areas , and eat in kitchen. Enjoy your day or evening on the large and breezy screened porch or Island view from the tranquil second floor sunroom The Cottage bedrooms accommodate up to 8 guests ( a first floor Queen, and King, Queen and Twin bedrooms on the second floor.

For guests needing 5 bedrooms and additional living/ working space , a separate 2 story Carriage house ( 1,600 sq ft) is also available to rent for an additional $2,625 per week. The carriage house features an exceptional second floor master bedroom and ensuite bath and adjoining media room - and study and galley kitchen on the first floor.

Both houses have hi speed cable wifi and Roku devices for streaming entertainment and Air conditioners are installed in all rooms and there are laundry facilities in both houses. Each bedroom includes an extra set of bed linens. Beach towels are also provided.

Our “Big Chill”

It was the 50th reunion for the East Greenwich High School Class of 1972. Seven of us, now living across the country, rented Gary’s main cottage for the week. We found beautiful accommodations, abounding in household and exterior amenities, exactly as promised. Plenty of space to gather together (for seven nights of memories and almost hurtful laughter around Gary’s dining room table) or to simply wander off alone to the hammock, the porches, or the fire pit chairs. A wildly spacious kitchen kept us all close to the cottage. You will enjoy thus space!

Newport Folk Fest

We stayed at Gary’s house while attending the Newport Folk Festival. It was a short bike commute to the Jamestown ferry that brought us right to Fort Adam’s. The house was great and had a beautiful yard with fire pit. Plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely book again.

Great location

We loved this property’s location, easy walk into town, bike ride to the playground, access to water, etc. Short drive to a cove with free parking, fishing & clamming. It’s an older home, but very well equipped and comfortable.

Wonderful stay!

Gary's property was absolutely lovely. It included everything we needed for a week-long stay, especially when we wanted to cook. It was incredibly comfortable and felt like home. It was also conveniently located and an easy walk to downtown Jamestown. Gary is the best host, and we loved that he went above and beyond to pull out that cornhole set, and let us park in his drive after we checked out.
