Luxury High End Chalet with all the Bells and Whistles!
This is a Legal BNB Zoned house. If you want the Ultimate Whistler Experience this home has it all, with decks, patios, hot tub and ping pong table, log accents, massive windows and views. This is a unique, gorgeous, spacious home with an open design living concept. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms it can sleep 12+ people. Location, location, location!
This chalet is renovated and features a new kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, new floors, new carpet and updated bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with food processors, blenders, waffle and panini makers, coffee grinder, tons of fancy serving dishes and a popcorn maker.
The chalet is a short walk to the village to all amenities, restaurants and ski lifts. We walk to the ski lifts all of the time, if you are in good shape with no kids, this is very possible. If you have young kids that can't carry their own gear or you are not used to walking in ski gear we would recommend getting a $5.00 taxi, driving or walking in your runners and put your gear on at the ski hill, there are lockers. Walking isn't for everybody but just depends on what you want to do and your fitness level. It is a fairly flat walk and lots of people on our street do it all of the time. Walking to the Village with no ski gear is very easy and quick. The grocery market and liquor store very close by. This chalet is the closest legal nightly rental chalet to the village.
A Walk Through the Property:
There is a large driveway with lots of parking with our very own Whistler Gondola in it. The front entrance way has tons of space to hang coats and a heated garage to store skis and boots. There is also a bathroom and overflow sleeping space if necessary on this floor.
Heading upstairs there is a sun room that faces the backyard that can be used for a recreation room. It has amazing light and a fireplace so is a great space for reading or playing cards. It also has a ping pong table so can be also used for a space for kids to play. The sun room faces the expansive, luscious terraced backyard that is treed in for privacy. It also has a large, flat back patio with a hot tub, outdoor dining table and couch on it. In the summer the patio gets tons of afternoon sun and is a great space to relax and enjoy the mature garden. It also is great place for young kids to play. On this same level inside there is a bedroom with a queen and twin bed.
Heading upstairs leads you to the main floor where you have views of Whistler and Blackcomb out the front and a patio with a table and bbq. There is great morning sun on this patio, it is a great place to enjoy your coffee. The main floor consists of the open concept living and dining room with a large wooden table and kitchen island to seat your entire group. This level has an office off to the side and another bedroom with two double beds and a full bathroom.
Another floor up consists of two more bathrooms and two bedrooms. One bedroom is the master with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has a queen, double and a crib.

Extra overflow sleeping areas: Pull out couch in sun room, foamie in bedroom 4, two twin mattresses on main entrance level along with extra foamies and blow up beds. Play yard and blow up toddler bed available.
It is a family neighbourhood so we are looking for like minded renters who want to have dinners and enjoy their stay without disturbing noise. We want renters that will respect the neighbours and tenants below. No smoking, pets or parties allowed. Disturbing noise and language after 11pm outside in the hot tub or deck will not be tolerated. We are very picky with who we rent to, you must be 30+ and we prefer families. If you are not a family, please let us know what you are planning on doing in Whistler as we don't accept any stags or stagettes or high school graduations.
We are partners with Affinity/Intersport sports store in Whistler. They are the largest rental retail chain in town, and owned by Whistler Blackcomb. We offer deals to clients for ski and snowboard rentals. We can offer up to 30 to 40% off ski and snowboard rentals if you book with us. They have a huge variety of high performance sport equipment.
We are very knowledgeable of the area and we can help you out with recommended restaurants, activities and areas to visit. We want you to have an amazing time and enjoy all of what Whistler has to offer. Whistler has endless things to do here and we hope you can enjoy what we think is one of the best places on earth!

It is well located, beautifully presented and great for a family holiday in whistler.
Josie, the owner, went above and beyond to make things perfect for us and very kindly provided extra equipment/toys/stairgates etc. to make things easier with small children. She also answered all my pre-holiday queries very promptly and helpfully.
We had a fantastic week and I would highly recommend staying here.
We are a young family that enjoys our time in the mountains, skiing and biking. But we also like to travel which leaves our home open for sharing!

We fell in love with this property because of its proximity to the Village and the easy access to the lifts, restaurants and bars. We also love all of the natural light, the windows, the uniqueness of the house and the decks and massive yard out back with a solarium to enjoy as well!
Our home is one of a kind there is no other out there like it! We just finished a major renovation and added more value to the property. We have a brand new huge kitchen, new floors, one new bathroom, the entire house has been painted, an office added, solarium has been converted into a recreation room! This house is spacious and has everything you would ever need. Everything from food processor, high end knives and waffle makers in the kitchen to printer and scanners in the office!
Excellent ! We were 4 families with 6 kids under 3! She had toys cribs and plenty of dishes. Only drawback was we had to cross the busy highway to get to the village but other than that great clean bright !
This home was perfect for 2 families with children. There is lots of space for children to play while adults enjoy quiet time. The kitchen and front room were adequate for 12+ people to dine and socialize. The description of the home and property adequately described all amenities. A bonus was the large supply of hot tub towels!!
Children had a wonderful time in the solarium and there is more than enough sleeping areas. We really appreciated the T.V. in the solarium and not near the kitchen/great room because football/kid shows could be on and we didn't hear the chaos!! (There are doors on the solarium :))
The home is super close to the village. Josie recommended great places to dine. She had a large supply of maps, restaurant guides and event schedules ready for us. It's the first vacation where we felt like it was a adult vacation with children.
We had four families with four kids and never felt cramped at all. The solarium with the ping pong table provided lots of fun for the kids. The owners were very responsive and helpful before, during and after our stay. Would certainly recommend the house for any family trip to Whistler.
This house was perfect to accommodate 4 generations of people. From my 85+ year old grandparents to my 3 yr old daughter. A really quick walk to the village where everything you need or want is available. The only minor disappointment was one of the bedrooms which is way smaller than it looks on the picture. It isn't really matter though because we were never in our rooms unless we were sleeping. I was worried my daughter would be bored but there were tons of toys available for her to play with. The yard is gorgeous and made a nice setting for our family photo. Lots of space for our large group and we never felt cramped. The owners are super nice and super helpful. I would definitely go there again.
We had a very comfortable and quiet visit in Josie's home. We have three children and also brought another family member along, and we were not hopeful about finding good accommodations near the Village that would fit us all. But we luckily stumbled upon this lovely place, which turned out to be more than we'd hoped for. Not only was it well situated and lovely, but it was also suited to our kids' ages: a nice rec room with table tennis for the big kids, and toys and a good set up for a baby. Josie was very helpful as we prepare for our stay too, which we appreciated. We hope to stay there again next time we visit Whistler!
Nice home in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes away from Whistler Village, and Josie was very responsive. Hot tub was nice after a day of skiing! Would recommend, as long as you are not a loud group.
Pretty much anything you want to do is at your doorstep in Whistler. You can be in the backcountry with one easy chair lift up, you can be at 6 lakes within a short bike ride or walk, you can hike, bike or ski! Activities are endless!
Parties are not allowed at our property. This is a family neighborhood and if there are any complaints it automatically forfeits your damage deposit.
