The apartment is conveniently situated in one of the most beautiful marinas in the world, having 10 million visitors every year from all over the world, all year round. The apartment has recently been totally refurbished to a very high standard and has air-conditioning and heating. The lounge is bright and airy with high ceilings and glass doors across its entire length, leading to the terrace and looking out over the marina. The terrace has sun all day and is furnished for dining and sun bathing. There is also a gazebo with a barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped but you will be tempted to eat out in the fantastic Spanish restaurants in and around the marina.

This area of Andalusia is a Golfers paradise with man top class courses. The best seafood can be had in a small fishing village called La Carihuela only minutes walk along the Paseo Maritimo. There is a great nightlife within walking distance and world famous Flamenco dancers can also be seen in the local hotels.

Luxury Standard: The property has been renovated to a very high standard in 2006. All items such as beds, all furniture, curtains, kitchen, bathrooms, double glazing, patio, aircon, TV, CD, stereo, towels bedding, was replaced.

We have also for baby items: trolley ,baby cot, high chair, baby walker, tavel cot.

Check In / Check Out: Guests must check out by 10am to allow the property to be thoroughly cleaned ready for the next guest which will be checking in at 4pm. Check in days are flexible depending on availability.

Clean towels and bedding will be provided.

A guide to the best places to go is available on request, via email prior to your arrival.

FLIGHT ARRIVALS BETWEEN 11 PM AND 6 AM WILL INCUR A 50 EURO SURCHARGE

How to Book: Using the email please advise your requirements, you will normally get a response within 24hours. In order to secure a booking we require a 50% non-refundable deposit and the balance 6 weeks before the start of the holiday, payable by bank transfer.

Because the apartment is a Luxury standard, the local agent that will check you in will require a 500 Euro deposit, which they will return to you upon satisfactory check out.

If you decide to move forward with a booking can you please also provide a personal profile of each of your party, ie Age , profession, nationality,non-smokers, whether you familiar with the area, do you require airport pickup, etc.

The apartment is situated in the centre of a Marina complex in the town of Benalmadena, which is on the south coast of Spain in the provence of Andalusia. Malaga is about 10km, Marbella is about 15km and Granada - 70km. You will arrive at Malaga airport:- take the N340 coastal highway to Benalmadena Costa Centre, follow the signs (Puerto Marina) and you will enter the marina area via small tunnel . The apartment is 100 meters from taxi rank and close to El Mero Restaurant. The apartment is well situated for skiing and snowboarding in the Siera Navadas only 50minutes drive away.

Wow - simply amazing

We have not long returned from a fantastic week in this beautiful apartment and we are already looking at dates to return later in the year. The images of the view you get from the balcony overlooking the marina don't do it justice! We had a fantastic week, from the moment we first contacted Robert the owner to the day we returned we was made to feel extremely welcome in his apartment. The apartment itself on arrival was spotlessly clean and well equipped throughout, we didn't really use the kitchen for cooking as we were always out but it has everything you require. The apartment is located in the heart of the marina and only minutes away from the beach, great bars and restaurants. We traveled as a couple so we had plenty of room as this is a good sized apartment which could easily accommodate a large family. The large balcony has a table and chairs, sun beds and a BBQ and gets the sun from early in the morning until early in the evening if your not a fan of the beach. Overall we could not recommend this apartment highly enough, thank you Robert for making our week away very special indeed. All the best Ben and Carlie

Great apartment

We had a great week in this apartment in August 2010. The photos are accurate and the the apartment is in good condition. The owner is friendly and fixed a few minor issues quickly.

The other thing to mention would be that we found it difficult to find free parking spots, but there is a parking right in front of the apartment which is not so expensive.

Excellent apartment

We had a great 12 day break. Apartment clean with good facilities and a very warm welcome from owner's sister-in- law who showed us round. Large balcony not shown in pictures with sun beds, table and chairs, and barbeque with sunshine all day (can pull over blind if shade wanted) and good views over marina. No lift but this did not cause us any problems once settled. Felt very safe and so near a host of great restaurants and bars plus good walks along the front both east and west. As the owner has been with Holiday Rentals for a number of years we had no concerns about paying money up front. A class apartment and we'll be back!

We are looking also for long term rentals, up to 11months in duration. Special reduced rates will be offered.The low season rate for one month is discounted by 20% for 11 months.
