Apartment of about 80 m2, 3 main rooms, crossing, east and west orientation, bright, quiet. Facilities 1 Place for car in private garage locked 40 meters. Shops, Squares, car parks, train station, post office, bus exchange Pole at the bottom of the building. At 150 meters, Courier Centre, Décavision, Bonlieu Centre, Theatre, Market, Old Town, Thiou canal, Museums. A 3OO meters from the lake and the Port.

After extensive research, chose this apartment because of location. Which turned out to be perfect - close to all you want to see and do in Annecy. Apartment was spotless. Isabelle even met us at train station & gave us a little walking tour of area on our way to apartment. She was responsive to any questions or requests and booking was easy. You can't do better.

Lovely appartment close to all amenities

We enjoyed a great stay in this appartment which is situated less than 5 minutes walk from the old town and two minutes from the train and coach station. There is also a small supermarket within a few minutes walk.

The appartment had a lovely bright sitting room which faced onto a nice street with a couple of restaurants opposite. The living area opened out on to the kitchen which was nice as it meant you could continue to chat with your group whilst preparing meals. The kitchen came fully equipped with every utensil you could need. French doors opened out onto a nice balcony which had a small table and seating for four. In the evening, after having a meal in one of the numerous restaurants in the old town, it was nice to sit out on the balcony with a cup of tea and watch the world go by.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. Both rooms have wardrobe and cupboard space. Both rooms were facing the courtyard at the back of the building ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

The appartment is reached by a couple of flights of stairs and there is also a lift.If you decide to rent bikes, there is a handy storage area downstairs with key entry where they can be safely left.

I would certainly recommend this appartment due to its great location on a lovely street and also for the comforts inside the appartment.

Vi var väldigt nöjda med lägenheten ..och den trevliga värdinnan

väldigt fräscht och rent . Väldigt centralt och nära till allt .

extra plus för eget garage 100 meter bort .Och bageriet tvärs över gatan.Vi rekommenderar den verkligen ..
