Enjoy the convenience of being close to everything! Park your car, you don't need it. Enjoy the world famous Husk Restaurant (our neighbor) or take a short stroll to Battery Park. We are located in the heart of the attractions with countless shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and tourist sites within walking distance... real walking distance, not miles, but blocks. Our home is centrally located in the historic district very close to intersection of Queen St. and King St. which puts you in the middle of the action. Want to go further? Hop on the provided bikes and access the distant reaches of the city. It's all close.

I don't mind admitting it, we are spoiled. When we escape to our home in Charleston, we want the best! We insisted on high quality linens and super comfortable mattresses. I trust you will find everything in the house to be brand new and of high quality, because it is. Enjoy our oasis and spoil yourself!

We love Charleston. It's so exciting! We like the idea of parking our car and using our two feet to get everywhere we need. We love the history of our home and the immediate area. It's a nice place, we enjoy it.

What makes this apartment unique

Location, Location, Location. The oldest Grocery in Charleston, Queen St. Grocery, is located across the street. Wake up and grab a cup of fresh coffee or stop in for the Cuban at lunch. We are less than 2 blocks away from the infamous Husk restaurant. Here, we are a SHORT walking distance to everywhere you want to be.

I hope that you are both doing well. Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in Charleston. Your place is simply amazing!



Very stylish & classy, but so comfortable and homey at the same time. The location was perfect – minutes from everything. We had a nice visit to Folly Island; we also brought our bikes and enjoyed exploring Charleston which proved to be very bike friendly. We walked down to Market Street, which took no time at all, and found some of the greatest food (awesome sandwiches and outstanding crapes) just across the street at Queen Street Grocery. Thank you both for opening your lovely home so that others may enjoy the lovely, historic district of Charleston.

Well maintained and in the heart of downtown.

This rental is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The neighborhood is charming and friendly. Rental is within walking distance of many great restaurants and attractions. Though July is hot the ac worked fine as well as all the appliances. The bicycle selection was the one letdown as there were only three bikes available and two were ladies style. This was not a problem because of the close proximity of many wonderful places. Would definitely rent again.

Fantastic Charleston Apartment

Perfect location to experience old town Charleston. Walking or biking distance to everything you could want to visit or restaurant to enjoy a meal in. Perfect set up for a family or two couples, with a breakfast nook kitchen, dinning room and comfy living room. Bedrooms and baths well appointed with good mattresses and linens. We are looking forward to a return visit!

I would not categorize this as luxury accommodations. We were satisfied with the unit.

The one parking space that was provided was inadequate except for a compact vehicle, there was a tree and tree stump occupying a portion of the parking space. The accommodations were satisfactory. The kitchen could have been better stocked with utensils and cooking pans. There was plenty of supplies for washing clothes and dishes. Also the bathrooms were well stocked with towels. The washing machine sounded like it was on its last legs so we only used it once. The home and bathrooms were clean and well kept. I would recommend with the above reservations.

Perfect Location to see all of the charms of Historic Charleston!

The house was very comfortable, especially the beds, and the entire house was clean and fresh. Both kitchen and bathrooms are updated. We didn't have a car, but because of the convenient location on Queen Street and Charleston's friendly free trolley/bus, we were able to see everything. Of course, the city is designed for charming, scenic walks and if you want to see some of the plantations it is easy, and not to expensive, to rent a car for one day. Don't miss the good wine selection and yummy crepes (even gluten free crepes!) directly across the street at the Charleston Market. The house is almost perfect and with the addition of some small tables in the living room for setting down drinks, a large tray to carry food and drinks from the kitchen, another chair in the living room, some dish towels in kitchen, we felt that there wasn't anything else that we could have asked for in a vacation rental. When we rented, warmer weather was just beginning, and it was so pleasant returning to our climate controlled Charleston home at the end of the day. Also, we appreciated the owner allowing us to stay a little past our checkout time when our plane left late on our departure day. Enjoy!!

Great location to downtown Charleston.

A little noisy with the corner traffic especially for 1 of the bedrooms. The house was clean and the beds and sheets were very comfortable.

Location is our best feature! You are in the middle of it all.
