The apartment is a converted second floor flat located on the top floor of the building (though please note this equates to 3rd floor of the building) of an 1880 three storey former warehouse building in the heart of Glasgow’s Merchant City. It is a Grade 1 listed building. Due to its corner position, the apartment benefits from fabulous natural light into it. The flat itself has a modern classic style to it.

The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space by way of a large built in mirrored wardrobe. In addition, there is a double sofa bed in lounge area. We're a professional couple with two children who like to travel and enjoy soaking up the culture and environments of cities across the world. We have been renting apartments since our children were little, so are very experienced in what we are looking for in a holiday apartment. We find that renting an apartment, not only gives you a chance to live like a local, but they give so much more value and freedom, than you get when using a hotel (especially with children). Renting an apartment adds to our holiday experience and now we have decided to showcase our city with our own little apartment.
Liz purchased this apartment in 2014
We live and work in this area and we know it very well. It's a great location and the apartment is well located in a secure and very friendly community. Lots of history and character with it.
Location, location, location and everything you could require for a perfect stay in Glasgow.
We absolutely loved this flat in Glasgow - ideal location - comfortable, quiet, clean and bright!
Liz and Roth greeted us so warmly - there was a welcome basket full of Scottish treats and a fridge full of groceries! Loads of coffee and tea and a spectacular library . Our only regret is that we didn't book for longer! We will return !
We had a wonderful 3 night stay. Liz and Roth are wonderful hosts taking the time to greet us and to help ensure we enjoyed Glasgow. The apartment is very well equipped so one can just move in and enjoy!
Bang in the centre of a Glasgow, a very desirable location.
