Great Location in Golfe Juan. Beaches, Markets, Restaurants on the doorstep.

This is a first floor apartment in a modern very well kept block.

Air Conditioning or heating in both bedroom and lounge.

It is very well laid out with a light and airy feel with good storage space. There is a separate bedroom and is perfect for a couple, but there are two sofa beds in the living room for extra people if required. The apartment has had a complete refurbishment and is really clean and fresh.

The balcony has table and 4 chairs for alfresco eating with a lovely outlook.

There is a good quality TV with satelite services, including English programmes. There is also wireless broadband and CD player.

Golf : There are some great courses on the Riviera and a number of them are less than 15 minutes drive from the apartment.

Skiing: Have breakfast by the sea and then be on the slopes within 90 minutes drive.

Cannes Film Festival/Monaco Grand Prix: Cannes is just one train stop away (5 mins) so our apartment in Golfe Juan is the perfect location to base yourself for the film festival to avoid astronomical prices that you will be charged for staying in the centre of Cannes. Monaco is less than an hour away by train or car, and so is easily accessible from the apartment to enjoy the Monaco Grand Prix.

The bedroom comes equipped with a king sized bed and large fitted wardrobe plus AC unit. The Kitchen comes equipped with fitted oven ceramic hob and extracter, washing machine, fridge/freezer along with cookware and utensils, tableware and cutlery for 4 people. The Balcony has a table, four chairs and a sunshade umberella.

Beach appartment with huge sofa bed!

I stayed in this apartment with my 3 year old son and my parents. we loved the location - just across the road from the sandy beaches and stunning marina, with lots of bars and restaurants.

My parents appreciated the privacy of the sunny double bedroom and then my son and I had one enormous bed settee - EACH! in the big front room. He loved sleeping in a massive grown up's bed to himself!!

the apartment is a 20 minute drive from Nice airport. and Golfe - Juan is right next to Cannes and Juan-les-Pins - you can walk to each, but as the apartment is also right next door to the train station we hopped on and went the one stop into Cannes and then went the two stops into Antibes for the beautiful morning market there on the Thursday. Loved it and we will be back again soon. Rachel and Charlie x

Great Location

Apartment is in a great location for beach and marina, trains, buses and centre of Golfe Juan. It's very quiet at night no noisy scooters etc. The apartment is spotlessly clean and light. It also has plenty of storage space.

Fantastic!

Had a great time, the area was superb.

I went to Cannes and Monaco.

Local restaurants and bars within walking distance, as well as local beaches.

People within the vicinity were extremely friendly, and the cafes were amazing nearby.

The apartment was very clean, and I loved the modern décor. For a rented apartment, it is extremely equipped with internet, sky tv, and all modern appliances, which I loved.

Golfe Juan is a delightful place and so easy to get to everywhere on the train.

The sea is a 4 minute stroll and so is the harbour.

The apartment is centrally located, a 20 minute drive from Nice Airport or a 45 minute bus ride to Post Office in Golfe Juan,a short walk to the train station that runs trains all along the coast. There is a lot to easily explore such as the medieval hilltop villages at Mougins, Eze and St Paul de Vence, museums dedicated to Picasso, Chagall, Matisse, the glass blowers at Biot, the Rothchild Villa on the Cap Ferrart, Monaco and its fascinating palace and famous Grand Prix in May(Monoco is a 1 hour drive max or a 30 minute train journey where you are dropped off at a central point). Nice is a great place to visit and a drive up into the Alps is spectacular. Come at the end of January and see the amazing Historic Monte Carlo Rally over the Alps or the Historic Monaco Grand Prix in May. There is plenty for the kids too such as swimming, zoos, farms and boating lakes There is lots of info about activities at the apartment and local tourist office.
