Photos and Description of this 3 bedroom holiday mobile home in Saint James City - St James Rental

A Lovely Home And A Lifestyle That Can't Be Beat. Stay Busy Or Just Lay Back.

The home is kept to very high standards of comfort and cleanliness. The floors are tiled in every room and sanitized before your arrival. There is no wondering if carpets were cleaned or sanitary here!!! Pine Island is known for World Class Tarpon Tournaments and has the greatest fishing. This guest rental has boat lift for small boat and good fishing right at your dock. You will enjoy the expanse of water looking down a long canal. Hopefully you will enjoy a breathtaking moment when you see the dolphins come into feed right beside your dock. And it is always a tremendous joy when they come in. You can also see them more often (Dolphins and manatees) at the end of the street. just a few blocks down. A great place to bank fish and watch the ospreys, herons and egrets fly over. The area is a wonderful birding place. There are Waterfront restaurants quickly accessible by car, boat or bicycle. Woody's is a favorite with an open airy outdoor setting. Great food and wonderful margaritas too. At the opposite end of the Island is a real nice fishing pier across from the Captain Con's Restaurant, a lovely diner serving great food at reasonable prices in a very casual setting. You can rent boats or kayaks locally or set out with a charter boat for 1/2 or full day fishing. There is Cayo Costa State Park nearby with beautiful sandy beaches and Tropic Star Ferry boat to get you there daily. Also many other islands are near, some accessible only by boat. There is Cape Coral Yacht Club with a small but nice beach and restaurant, Sanibel Island in the top 3 in the world for shelling, and Ft Myers Beach with miles of beach, lots of shops and these are accessible by car or boat. 3 Bikes and a old canoe available to use.

About Kay Haering

I have lived in the SW Florida area, since 1989. I can never get enough of the outdoor nature places. Many times I will be out with my Jeep and my camera, I will see a dirt road and I am off to explore. To see the dolphins and birds brings incredible joy to me. The time I spend at my Pine Island Guest unit is pure serenity. Even while I am working to get the home ready to be occupied. It is a refreshing joy to be at the home- anytime.

Why Kay Haering chose Pine Island

This is a very loved and cared for home. You are so close to waterfront restaurants, Bike, Boat or Drive there. You can bring your boat or rent a boat to access prime fishing. You can fish from your dock or from the bank at the end of the street. You can sit on the large patio and doing nothing but watch the birds and listen to their soothing sounds. This home is my pride and I am told it is one of the nicest rentals on the island by my local handyman.

What makes this mobile home unique

So quick to get out to open water or float gently inside mangrove areas to watch the birds or catch that big fish to fry. There is a private dock with lift and fish cleaning station. Right near your back door.

Great experience at Fishermans Pararise

The property was spotless and the owner had provided all the things that made this an incrediable holiday. It is a quite location to relax and enjoy the water view. The screen in porch was one of the favorite places where we had all our meals overlooking the water view. Pine Island is a great place to explore nature and this location is close to restaurants and a shopping center is only a short drive away. The owner was very helpful with informing guest about Pine Island and how you could feed the various birds that come to the property each day. A great place to vacation.

Owner's Response: Wayne B. and his Family- were just a total delight. And I would love to Host their stay again. If it wasn't for the linens so neatly folded in the hamper. You would never have known they even used the home. Such meticulous, and extremely kind guests. I feel Blessed to have shared my home with such Great Folks!

Stayed a week, neighbors are wonderful, fishing is awesome, home is VERY well kept! Owner is exceptionally courteous! Saw manatees under the dock while getting into the boat on lift. Caught dozens of fish from backyard. Dolphin's frequented the canal. It was very peaceful. Ya can't go wrong here.
