There is also a one car off street parking 24/7 during your time here.

Super affordable, Intimate, quiet, sweet and location, location, location!

We absolutely loved this property. It is located in a sweet and quiet neighborhood just a couple of blocks from Pearl St yet we felt as if we were far away... the property is set back off the street and is warm and inviting. It felt spacious and had everything we needed to cook and spend time inside as well. We also loved the proximity to trails - Mount Sanitas! Also the communication was prompt from the very beginning of booking our stay here. I had emailed with one question and received a reply within 30- minutes max. Truly outstanding customer service.

We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a truly great experience.

Quaint, quiet and cozy

Best location one block off Pearl St near the West End. Easy walk to Broadway transit stops and the Boulder Transit Center. If you're driving the dedicated off-street parking spot is a bonus. The unit is plenty big enough for a couple, and all the basics are supplied. There is a 24-hour corner market two blocks away. No laundry machines, but they will pick up and deliver your washing. Everything was spotlessly clean. There are four units on the property so you will see and hear other tenants coming and going. Very quiet neighborhood. The mature trees kept the unit cool in the summer heat, most (all?) windows have screens. This is an original building in an historic neighborhood so be prepared for that level of quaint. Would absolutely stay again!
