Golf is available at many courses in the nearby area, including the magnificent Fiddler’s Creek Golf Course. Use of Club & spa is not included in rental. The club fee is 500.00. There is a 200.00 association approval fee.

Let me introduce ourselves. We are Donald & Karen La Grega. We have been married for 30 years with 3 adult children. We always managed to take vacations by ourselves for a week every now & then in a sunny area with golf, beach, & pool. I am self employed and did not have time for many long vacations, so we decided on Naples for a short getaway.
In 2000 we travelled to Marco Island and found Fiddlers Creek. An avid golfer I played the many courses in the local subdivisions. Having played at the Marriott's 'The Rookery' seeing Fiddlers Creek we decieded on our Cascada. It was resort vacation style living in your own home. There were many other communities to choose from but this “Caught Us”! To make a long story short, we purchased a “Slab of Concrete” after seeing the model. They literally were selling “slabs” every hour. The salesman told us that he didn’t want to pressure us but if we didn’t want this unit, it would not be there the next day! So we signed the contract. So now we have our own piece of heaven. Unfortunately we get to “visit” our home away from home 3/4 times a year. That’s why we decided to rent. We keep a closet for our own “stuff” and a car in the garage, the rest is yours to enjoy.
