Beachside Chill-Out
Review by Kevin and Kaye, Brits from Shropshire, England...... Jamaica Royale is a condominium and is situate on Siesta Key, Sarasota County, FLA. The condo units are largely single storey, with two big tower blocks at the Beachfront. The site ambience is laid back - friendly ground maintenance staff, a number of permanent resident retirees and the occasional 'snow bird'. This particular condo is well presented with recent decor. Good range of appliances with home from home convenience, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven,dish washer, well stocked kitchen etc. Arrival was slightly unnerving, with the owner indicating that the keys would be left in a 'hidden location' - but in fact all went well and we settled in quickly and comfortably. The owner thoughtfully provides essential beach equipment, a few chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys and a convenient cart to get them to the beach, which is a pain free two minute walk away. The beach trek takes you past three swimming pools, each of superb cleanliness to Americas #1 Beach ( truly nice, but so many good beaches on this coastline - you must explore......). After the beach, bask in air conditioned comfort and have a shower in the newly re-appointed bathroom to get the salt off your sun burnt body. Be prepared to do some cooking, and bring as few clothes as you dare and wash them as you go along. If you need to communicate, the unit has free Wi-Fi. The owner, Justin, is rightfully proud of his condo rental and laments damage caused by unscrupulous tenants - however it was our pleasure to leave the unit in as good a state as when we entered it. Justin is very helpful and responded well to questions/issues that arose during our stay. Concluding....well recommended. Come and be prepared to Chill.

Shhhh...Quiet, Siesta Key Condo
A comfortable condo with all we needed for a relaxing vacation week. The full size kitchen with a large refrigerator, stove/oven microwave, dishwasher and ample counter space was fully equipped and made eating-in convenient. the condo included a washer/dryer combo unit with complementary soap and conditioner. The covered parking space was convenient and couldn't be closer, right by the entry door, so unloading luggage and groceries was easy. It was amazingly quiet inside the condo and outside as well. The private white sand ocean beach within 10-15 minutes was easy to reach and never crowded. The 3 pools were always clean. We really enjoyed a relaxing stay, and our Vrbo host Justin was always available and responded quickly & positively via text to any questions or needs we had.

Great stay at Siesta Key
This place was perfect for my husband and me. Plenty of space, clean and uncluttered. Nice kitchen to cook meals, plenty of beach and bath towels. Has both a Keurig and regular coffee maker. The bedroom is big with lots of closet and bureau space. The 3 heated pools are fantastic and not crowded. The walk to the beautiful private beach took us about 6 minutes. It is not the closest unit to the beach, but it really was not an issue. One of the pools and the grill are just steps away from this unit. The community was very friendly, both owners and renters. I enjoyed walking to the beach every morning at sunrise to collect shells and sand dollars and every evening to see the beautiful sun set. We walked to Captain Curts Village a few times to have drinks at the Sniki Tiki bar. Bridget was a fantastic bar tender! They also have great food there and at their restaurant next to it. It is a mile away, but you can easily take the free trolley. Siesta Key Village, which is about a mile and a half the other way, is also great to visit and we had fun and some great meals at restaurants there also. There is also entertainment at both villages. We like to walk but did take the trolley once and it is super easy! Justin was excellent and got back to me immediately when ever I reached out to him. He made checking in and checking out super easy. Would definitely stay there again!
