The Condo is located one block from the world-famous Waikiki Beach. The unit offers luxury living with peaceful mountain, canal and golf course views. It has been recently remodeled with natural stone tile floor, granite counter tops, dish washer and new furnishings. There are two separate entrances to the bathroom from the bedroom and living room.

Only a short walk takes you to the golf course, restaurants, shops, parks, the Honolulu Zoo, the International Market Place and bus stops. Honolulu International Airport is only a 25 minute drive.

The property is well maintained with a excellent recreation deck that has a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, tennis court and a children's playground. There is also free covered parking, free local and long distance phone calls to US Mainland and Canada. Free internet access is also included.

Hawaii is a very special place. We love the unique culture of Hawaii, the climate, and environment. The people are extraordinarily friendly making our time spent here that much more enjoyable.

This condo is super clean and remodeled!!!! Very good location closed to everything. Just 2 minutes walk to the beautiful beach, amazing view from balcony and windows, very helpful and nice owner. I definitely want coming back for next year. Highly recommended!!!!

Perfect condo & location

This condo had everything you could need in a home while vacationing. Even a first aid kit and a magnifying mirror! (You are going to walk miles and get blisters!) The location is great--easy walk to the beach or canal for a morning stroll, but just a little bit back from the crowds and noise. Many great restaurants close by as well as a grocery store. Lots of extras in the unit, including free parking, which is a huge bonus if you rent a car. (we did this time, but you don't need one)

Debbie was wonderful when we had a medical emergency and had to cancel at the last minute. She made it easy to rebook when I was well enough to travel. Looking forward to going back and also hoping to stay at her condo in Maui.

My husband and I spent our 15 year anniversary at this perfect condo. Nice views close to Marriott resort and beach. Super convenient for having a parking spot for the rental car. This condo is in the heart of Waikiki and we hope to be back again soon!!!

Convenient and Clean

This Waikiki condo was perfect for checking out Waikiki beach...two blocks walk, so it was quiet and yet convenient. We also had a son attending University of Hawaii @ Manoa which was very close. The parking garage was awesome as parking is hectic in that area. The Honolulu Zoo was within walking distance, the Waikiki Dive Center (highly recommend) within walking distance and Diamond Head easy drive or longer walk. The condo also has access to a heated pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts and barbecue/picnic area. This unit has a beautiful view and was very clean.

a. Renter hereby acknowledges that he/she is using the property for the purpose of short-term occupancy in “as is” condition, at his/her own risk;
b. Renter agrees to indemnify and save harmless its owners from any and all liability, negligence, loss damage injury or death resulting from the use of the property, dwellings, fixtures, and contents;
c. Renter hereby acknowledges that its owners are not responsible in any way for theft that may occur on or to your personal property during your stay;
d. Renter hereby acknowledges that they have been informed that properties and dwellings owned by owners are NOT child proofed. It is the Renter’s responsibility to monitor the activities of any minor children in their care. Renter hereby acknowledges that he/she is aware of the risk and dangers of having swimming pools, lanais, ocean access, and hot tubs on site;
e. The Unit Owners do not warranty the safety of condition of ocean equipment and sand toys provided as a courtesy to guests. Each guest is responsible for inspecting all equipment prior to use and agrees to only use such equipment if properly trained. Any such equipment and sand toys shall be used at the guest’s sole risk and responsibility;
f. Renter agrees that any building maintenance work or work in neighboring units occurring during their stay is out of owner's control; therefore, no refund or discount will given.
