The Condo is located one block from the world-famous Waikiki Beach. The unit offers luxury living with great ocean, mountain and golf course views. It has been recently remodeled with natural stone tile floor, granite counter tops, dish washer and new furnishings. There are two separate entrances to the bathroom from the bedroom and living room.

Only a short walk takes you to the golf course, restaurants, shops, parks, the Honolulu Zoo, the International Market Place and bus stops. Honolulu International Airport is only a 25 minute drive.

The property is well maintained with a excellent recreation deck that has a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, tennis court and a children's playground. There is also free covered parking, free local and long distance phone calls to US Mainland and Canada. Free internet access is also included.

Hawaii is a beautiful place here on earth. We love the weather, the location and the people. The most important thing is that the people are extraordinarily friendly so we are content to spend a lot of our own free time here.

Beautiful view in a great location

Debbie was a pleasure to work with. The condo is exactly as pictured and the remodel was done very nicely. The morning view of the sun coming up over the mountains is beautiful! The location is great as you are a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Tikis Bar & Grill is just around the corner for great happy hour deals too which we loved. We are already planning on returning to the islands next year and this condo is at the top of my list to stay again. You are at the end of the strip so it's less crowded and easy access to the H1 for all you who want to get out and do some sightseeing. Absolutley loved this placed and highly recommend staying here during your time in Waikiki!

Great place!!

Wow! Where do I start. This is the second time I had stayed in this unit Everything about this condo unit was exactly like the pictures. The Kitchen had all the utensils and appliances to prep and make meals. The king bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and modern. My favorite was the lanai where I had many meals and enjoyed the views.Plenty of storage for your clothes and toiletries. Everything from restaurants and shopping is within walking distance. The beach was a short walk away.Debbie as always was prompt and very helpful with any questions we had. We definitely would stay here again. Thanks Debbie for sharing your awesome condo with us.

Amazing vacation home

We were visiting Oahu to visit our daughter who lives nearby. We were ecstatic when we entered the condo for the first time. It was beautifully renovated and furnished, clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was equipped with everything you could ask for from all kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, to beach equipment. It took just a minute to walk to the beach. If we ever visit Hawaii again, this unit would be the first we would look for. Thank you Debbie for a beautiful experience. Aloha

Great stay at this property

Great location close to many restaurants, attractions, shopping, and Waikiki Beach! Nice modern space. Bed was a little uncomfortable for us, probably just personal preference. Well equipped in the kitchen and beach items for use. Rates were reasonable and we felt we received good value for money spent. Manager was helpful and accommodating.

Great location, great unit

My husband and I have stayed in privately owned condos at the Waikiki Banyan about a half dozen times. We keep coming back to the Banyan for its great location (walking distance to the strip, but on the end so it's easy to get in and out of by car). Also, the units come with a parking spot, which is much more convenient and less expensive than valet.

This unit was the best of the Banyan units we've stayed in thus far, and I would absolutely book again. The unit was nicely updated and incredibly clean. I appreciated the tiled floors throughout (kept the unit clean and cool) and the remodeled bathroom (which removed the wall/pocket door between the shower and vanity that you see in other Banyan units, making the bathroom more open and easier to move around in).

The owner was responsive to our inquiries and we had no issues with our stay whatsoever. Thank-you Debbie for our hospitality and we hope to be your guests again sometime in the future!

Amazing place!!! Convenient, clean, and great location.

Absolutely loved our stay in Debbie's suite at the Waikiki Banyan. First off, the place itself is perfect; open concept with a really comfy king sized bed. There are tons of things available for you - all the kitchen amenities, plus some beach extras that have been left by other vacationers. The suite faces the mountains which is just such a beautiful way to wake up each morning. Free parking too is such a bonus!

The best part about this unit is the location! One block away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki beach - although we had a car we were able to walk pretty much everywhere...which was great. If you are trying to decide between a hotel and this unit, go for this! Feels like a home away from home.

Thank you Debbie for being such a great host! We can't wait to come back.

c. Renter hereby acknowledges that its owners are not responsible in any way for theft that may occur on or to your personal property during your stay;
d. Renter hereby acknowledges that they have been informed that properties and dwellings owned by owners are NOT child proofed. It is the Renter’s responsibility to monitor the activities of any minor children in their care. Renter hereby acknowledges that he/she is aware of the risk and dangers of having swimming pools, lanais, ocean access, and hot tubs on site;
e. The Unit Owners do not warranty the safety of condition of ocean equipment and sand toys provided as a courtesy to guests. Each guest is responsible for inspecting all equipment prior to use and agrees to only use such equipment if properly trained. Any such equipment and sand toys shall be used at the guest’s sole risk and responsibility;
f. Renter agrees that any building maintenance work or work in neighboring units occurring during their stay is out of owner's control; therefore, no refund or discount will given.
