Avec ou sans enfant, un lieu idéal

Espace, lumière, confort, tout dans ce bel appartement contribue au bien-êre de ses occupants, tout comme son agencement qui permet à chacun de bénéficier de sa chambre et de sa salle d'eau en toute indépendance. La mer pour horizon, l'accès immédiat au bord de l'eau, les criques et les roches rouges à découvrir à quelques pas ... A peine les valises posées, corps et esprit sont en vacances ! Que demander d'autre ? Pour les aspects pratiques, Saint-Raphaël offre tous les avantages d'une ville qui fonctionne à l'année, facilement accessible, tant par le TGV qu'en voiture. Sur place, il vaut mieux disposer d'une voiture. L'accueil est agréable et efficace. Pas de ménage à revoir à l'arrivée, ce qui est relativement rare. Idéal en été bien sûr, mais nous avons particulièrement apprécié nos séjours de Noël et Pâques.

Hervorragende Lage und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Meer. Der Ausblick von der Wohnung ist traumhaft! Es gibt einen direkten Zugang vom Grundstück zu einem kleinen Fußpfad, der an der Küste entlang führt. Hier kann man entweder nach St. Rafael hineinlaufen oder die Küste in die andere Richtung entlang laufen. Die direkte Lage an einer Durchgangsstraße hat uns nicht gestört. Durch die doppelverglasten Fenster war der Verkehrslärm kaum wahrnehmbar.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind mit guten Betten ausgestattet und dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat, ist sehr komfortabel. Die ganze Abwicklung lief zuverlässig und unproblematisch. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Beautifull place

Two weeks for 4-5 persons this summer. This is our second vacation in villa hamond. Beautifull site and perfect appartment for 6 persons. The only thing that could have been better is WIFI and a bit better madrasses, but that is details. We highly recomend the appartment.

Lovely location right on the edge of the sea.

We stayed for a week at the end of May. The flat is really well equipped with 3 bathrooms and a good sized open plan kitchen / dining /lounge. The living space has amazing views (its on the first floor) out to sea and a good sized terrace also overlooking the sea. Its walking distance to a few restaurants but the main places are a short drive away. We .stayed with 2 small children and they loved it. You are right on the coastal path and can walk to a nice beach within 5 minutes.
