A spacious, secluded, two-storey, hillside property with breathtaking sea, mountain & vineyard views. South facing, all day sun. Roomy (130m2). Sleeps 4 in 2 large bedrooms & double sofa bed. Shares large pool & is just minutes from Moraira's ideal, fantastic family-friendly beaches, restaurants & marina & only 3 mins from charming market town of Teulada. Villa layout: Moraira bay can be seen from all rooms. The property overlooks the Moraira valley and bay and is on a very small, quiet residential development of just fifteen properties. Fifteen metre shared pool with terrace, toilet and shower.

The entrance level upper floor comprises kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and separate lounge with patio doors opening on to the balcony.

Downstairs are two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, large covered terrace and secluded garden area for sun bathing. The south facing balcony and downstairs garden have sun all day.

The Moraira area: Moraira lies in a bay, on the South Eastern coast of Spain. It has one of the best climates of continental Europe and is ideal for year round visiting. Cool sea breezes in summer and protected against the cold North winds in winter. The area remains exclusively for villa owners and individuals, who prefer the independent holiday. Restaurants in abundance( 3 Michelin star-rated), shops, wineries, historic buildings and celebrations, all watersports, golf, tennis, horse-riding, go-karts, walking, cycling, climbing, parasailing, themepark Terra Mitica, excursions or renting a Harley Davidson !

We had wonderful days at Vilsol and enjoyed our stay very much. We liked mostly the cosy furnishing, the well equipped kitchen,Sat TV, Internet Access, the calmness and of course the AAA view! Watched huge fireworks of Moraira's summer fiesta from balcony and my son learned to swimm in the pool aswell. My wife enjoyed the books from the bookshelf. Thanks for the friendly service, reliable and quick informations.

Smoking on terrace, balcony and in garden is fine. No smoking in the property please. Air conditioning (in bedrooms), heating & Internet access available subject to additional charges. These facilities will only be available If the relevant supplement is paid. If you require these facilities please request in writing at time of booking. Satellite TV: in common with the vast majority of residential systems in Spain, the BBC2 reception may fade in the evening although BBC1/ ITV are fine till approx midnight and of course you may well get more than this if you bring your own satellite card. It's a constantly changing picture (no pun intended!) and depends on the footprint of the signal (which UK broadcasters have been reducing recently) broadcast from the UK.

This really WAS something different

As the advert says , this really IS something a little different. Incredible setting. Inspiring views from almost everywhere in the villa – but beyond this, a real sense of comfort. A home from home. Really nicely furnished and equipped. So light and spacious. We loved the choice of large upper balcony or shaded lower naya or ... the lower terrace garden. Such a beautiful location and so well placed to reach everywhere easily and quickly. The pool and pool terrace also added to the overall ‘impact’ of this location. An extremely peaceful and very relaxing holiday in a superb property.

Great place, great view and great service

We had rented this lovely house for 11 days. Photo and descriptions fit. Lovely peaceful secluded area with community pool. There is a short drive 10 minutes to shopping, town and very nice beach. The landlord has given us a great service throughout the course.

We can definitely recommend this house to others.

Lovely property with great views. Well kitted out with nice furnishings and lots of kitchne facilities (often missing in rental properties). Moriara is a lovely town with plenty going on but not too busy. Easy access to nice beaches and bays. Would certainly stay again

Was a lovely clean, cosy and well equipped villa. Gorgeous terrace for watching the sunsets, sea and soaking up the sun. Moraira lovely but hire a car to make the most of your stay. Would definitely go back.

Great property, close to beaches

A great property- just like it looks in the photos. 2 good sized bedrooms, comfy beds, and sofas. With 2 good south facing balconies for maximum sunshine. Good lication, easy to get to beaches in the area, and decent restaurants. Not overrun with other British holiday makers, Thoroughly recommend it.

On the top of the hill overlooking Moraira bay, Benimeit consists of impressive residential villas not crowded urbanisations.
