Bien équipé tant à l intérieur qu à l extérieur. Jardinet et barbecue appréciable. Bien situé pour découvrir la rochelle. bon accueil de Pierre le propriétaire

Vacances à La Rochelle

Studio dans résidence très calme. Aucun bruit avec la voie ferrée n'a été perçu pendant notre séjour. Propriétaire très sympa. Aucun problème pour accéder à la plage qui se situe à 1km du studio avec grand parking gratuit pour stationner. De belles ballades à effectuer à pied ou en vélo. Commerces à proximité.

la location ne correspond pas trop a l'annonce

a proximite voie de chemin de fer assez bruyante plage a environ un kilometre et non a trois cent metres materiel de cuisine insuufisant pas de saladier assiette creuse cafetiere felée aucun cintre pour y accrocher veste ou pantalons
