With transfer of golf membership, guests may enjoy the recently updated 18 hole, par 72 Gordon Lewis designed golf course, with stunning lakes, marshes, and preserves, at very low member rates and discount on food at the country club. The 13,000 square foot clubhouse was beautifully remodeled in Dec. 2012. It has a dining room with lake views, bar/lounge, library, meeting rooms and a pro-shop. Located nearby are a fitness center, lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, pickle ball courts, 2 bocce courts, hot tub, as well as swimming and lap pools. In addition, our condo subdivision has 3 heated pools that are located within walking distance. Reserved covered parking close to the condo unit.

This home is fully furnished and tastefully decorated. It features 2 bedrooms, a den and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed with his and her closets, and plenty of storage in the dresser and night tables. The adjoining master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and double sink vanity. Second bedroom has two twin beds, large closet and dresser for storage. The second bathroom is a full bath with a tub/shower. Den has a queen sized sleeper sofa and a desk. All towels and linens are included and there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for added convenience. It has an open floor plan, featuring an eat-in kitchen, separate dining area and a spacious living room with a 45 inch HD TV and DVD player with over 100 cable channels and WI-FI internet. The lanai has a patio table with chairs for guests to enjoy meals outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped. By the front entrance of the home, there is a locked storage area for personal belongings. This home is comfortable and immaculate!

About Angel McClarey

We have lived in the midwest for many years. We were looking for a place to escape the long cold winter. Although we were not very familiar with Naples, we fell in love with Cypress Woods immediately. We are both working professionals, we don't get to enjoy our condo as much as we'd like, however we do consider it our second home and take pride in keeping it in immaculate condition. Since we don't use the condo often, we decided to share our 'little piece of paradise' with someone who will take care of it as their own.

After owning this condo for a few years, we consider ourselves part-time residents of Naples. We have our favorite beach to go to (Lowdermilk Beach) and love to hang out at Olde Naples and Tin City. None of them is far from our condo.

We love our condo community. The ground, the pools and the golf course are very well kept. The staff at the club house and dining room are very friendly and helpful.

What makes this condo unique

Our unit in particular is a first floor end unit, so it is tucked away and very quiet. We love sitting in the lanai to enjoy breakfast in the morning and sunset at night. We also like the fact that if we want to take a dip in the late afternoon before dinner, the pool is just a building away.

We hope you will enjoy our condo as much as we do.
